I bought this as a "just in case" item, but boy am I glad I had it about. Let's face it, nobody's best, and there is nothing worse than going "oops, my mobo is DOA" immediately after you place on the heatsink. Smells kinda funny Protip: when removing any TIM (thermal interface material), be cautious not to let any answer touch the circuit board about what you are cleaning. A lot of TIMs are conductive, and could lead to a short on your board if left unchecked. This is not because of this item, but is just the nature of most TIMs |

Produced removing stock paste from my Alienware M17xR2 quite simple. The Thermal Material Remover dissolved the stock paste and created it very straightforward to wipe away. The Surface Purifier was good, simply because when I utilised that to clean the heatsink and chips; I would know if I missed something by the way it felt. The bottles are a little little, but if you're only replacing the paste once or twice you're very good. |

Did the job It was a discomfort to use two compounds and after I used it I could nonetheless smell the compounds, which may mean it left residue. IF you do obtain it, use a Q-tip to apply the compounds and the moment you apply the second compound I suggest you use 99% rubing alcohol afterwards. |

~Enough to last you one hundred's of installs.~Cheap and operates good!~Simple directions for people new to TIM applications. Didn't contain a tube of Arctic Silver 5 with it??? Definately does the job and for a very good value. Melts old TIM and tends to make it an simple clean up. Great smell to it lol.... Effectively not significantly to say about it except get some!
