Don't forget to "warm up" your CPU before attempting to remove your heatsink. This is to soften up the TIM so you don't wind up damaging or even pulling your CPU out of its socket. After changing coolers and applying thermal paste a few times, saw that performance by degrading. Bough this to clean the surface of the CPU. Works very well. After applying the first solution, I could see that it removed extra thermal paste that was left over. After applying the second solution, the CPU surface looked like new..Highly recommenced. A bit pricey since it is 10$ for 2 small bottles. However, only a few drops is needed so it can be reused multiple times.
