bought this because i can't afford a full upgrade. the on board graphics was a big plus..512mb.. now i can upgrade to pci e card when i have the extra cash. booted right up when i built it, no trouble shooting like the old days. graphics look good, going to test it out on eq and wow type games soon, i expect it to work great. the manual was not great. was really pretty bad to be blunt. great board overall though

Good motherboard, got it to replace an OEM HP board, worked right out of the box, no hitches at all. I would recommend this to any budget builder.

Ordered 2 of these from TigerDirect. Returned both due to equipment failure. First MB would not take power. Second MB would not lock in CPU. Features/price sounded good, but didn't work out. Do not recommend them.

Bought 2 of these, both have had various problems, 1 has faulty pci express, one has faulty Ram slot, was told I could mail them in to replace, but I am still using them, They work good other than the board failing, would not recoomend them, only good thing is the price, spend more and buy better

This MB runs great. I have 4 gigs of ram installed and I'm using it with Linux. No issues at all and very easy to set up.

Purchased this board to rebuild a PC, and move it up to a Dual Core system. The board is performing very well. Nice little board for the money!

Little room for expansion. Not one for the enthusiasts. I guess you get what you pay for. Works for a basic non-gaming system.

Totally flaky motherboard. Intermittent BSOD's and PS/2 port stop working. Had to pay shipping to return to Biostar for replacement. Took them 2 weeks to get one back to me. Technical support was very rude and treated me like I was a ''newbie''. I've been working on computers since that ''kid'' was probably in diapers. Won't purchase from them again.

I have purchased two of these and have found them to be great. The assembly instructions are a bit hazy but they can be understood.The main power connector is hard to plug into if you have a large cooler for the MPU like I have.I suggest that you get a power supply with longer leads to address that problem. The software drivers MUST be installed to achieve best operation, that is not clear in the instructions.I would buy one again.

Installed in Barebones. Was a little worried when it came - Memory slots were quite "tilted" on one end. Put it together and everything booted up right the first time. 30 days in and no problems yet w/any of the H/W or Drivers. Good deal for the price. No Complaints.

The board iewell made and simple to install. the mb is very stable, not one problem.

Instructions which came with it are fairly clear. Not all the drivers were on the drivers CD which comes with this motherboard. I had to find the missing drivers on my own. After installing the latest drivers, the computer works ok for a while but then freezes up due to driver conflicts. I am now looking for a solution for this problem I would not recommend this motherboard or buy another one like it. Its just not worth the hassle.

I'm running Arch Linux and have had no problems. The built-in audio and video both work great. The only problem I've had is that there is only one IDE connection on the motherboard. I have two hard drives and a DVD burner; they all use an IDE connection. I'll have to get an IDE to SATA adapter for the DVD burner.

It's an OK motherboard except the 16-pin header did not match the 10-pin header of the previous front panel operations which serves most new motherboards now it seems. Due to several considerations I had to limit the front panel operations to one--, namely power off and on.

So far so good, not many people still use the floppy but I do with my camera, thsi MB has the plug and so far everything works great ! BTW, I checked and this is the 3rd Biostar MB I've had and all work great till the power supply goes out....then MB takes a hard hit !

This is a good board.Had to change a little in the bios.but is working great with 4gb memory 500g and 350g hard drives evga 9000 graphics and Windows Vista Ultimate.

came as barebone kit easy installation,works great except for sound card,didn't work correctly had to install my old sound card.

i purchased 2 of these and now im having problems with both . one of them has a bad hard drive with only 5 weeks of use. trying to call biostar is a hastle because nobody speaks proper english . when it worked it worked awesome but that was short lived unfortunately.

The motherboard was part of a barebone system I built for a friend. He primarily uses office software, uses the Internet, and occasionally plays games. MB installation and setup was easy.

Good motherboard the only thing I had a problem with was the SATA connections are to close to the PCIE slot so you cant really use the latest video cards cause those are to large.But other than that great motherboard.

New to the motherboard field, I will be able to give a better review after I play with it for awhile. It's setup real nice though, I wish it had one more pci slot.
