this fan doesn't come with a 3-pin to molex adapter, so if you already have all your board's 3-pin plugs taken, you will have to order an adapter to plug this in. as far as airflow, the three fans move almost no air at all, you can't feel any air moving at all from an inch away. the airflow moving through the case will overpower these, and your memory will not be cooled any extra from this. don't bother wasting $20 bucks here, just get some heatspreaders if your memory doesn't come with any. |

Cons:-Very loud and high pitched
Pros:-It blows air like it's suppose to Comment:
I wasn't expecting it to be extremely quite with 3x40mm fans, but the dominator fan ended up being by far the loudest thing in my Antec P182 case. It was also quite whiney. The case contains 7x120mm fans and 140mm/80mm on the PSU but this memory cooler was extremely noticable over all those fans. It did work, but I ended up taking it off and the memory is working just fine without it, and now my computer is relatively silent again. |

This Fan works very well at cooling memory, it covers all four slots, its a good price and looks very nice, easy to install. As far as quality not sure yet, I am still waiting for my new one, after one day the rpms started going up and down, then it started making clanging noise then the rpm sensor quit working. Hope the new one works fine. |

One Corsair fan will cover all 4 slots of your memory. Only need to purchase one. It works great and really throws out some air. It is very quiet and easy to install. I had no problems at all with this product. If you want some extra airflow on your memory modules, this is the product for you. Works great with a 4 slot memory expansion board; it has a lot to hold onto. |

WORKS GREAT! all the fans keep the cool air flowing. Easy install as it clips around you mobo clips, very simple to use, just plug into board. Would def recomend for anyone needing something to cool ram. Also works on ALL RAM, not just corsair. Covers up to 4 ram slots with one, so no need to order 2 like i did :) Intel Quad Core 2.4Ghz / EVGA nForce 680i SLI Socket 775 Motherboard / EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS Superclocked 640MB PCIe / Corsair DHX XMS2 DOMINATOR 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800M / Corsair Dominator Airflow fan / Ultra X3 1000w Modular PSU / Ultra Aluminus Mid Tower ATX Case Black |

This is simply a must if you are using dominator RAM...I am way up there at 1066 and using 2.2 Volts..so it gets hot..these fans should add to the lifespan of the RAM.Be careful to push the clamps on very carefully |

Pros:- Silent- Easy installation- Great compatibility- Help reducing memory temperature Comment:
I have now 4GB of DDR2 micron ram that requires 2.3V. At this level of voltage, cooling becomes almost necessary. This will ensure that my RAM will last longer. This fan is very easy to install. What a great design! Kudos to Corsair. |

Cons:Not adjustable in height
Pros:Good airflow and great design for a excellent price. Comment:
I bought this to cool my set which is a bit hot and avoid killing the ram after a while. Despite small fans, it has a pretty good airflow covering the whole sticks without dead spots. Noise is not loud and the build quality is excellent.Too bad there are no height adjustement since this is designed primarily to accomodate the Corsair sticks with DHX technology but this is not a biggie since the airflow is strong enough to reach the board as long as there is no other fan disturbing this. |

Well 40mm is 1.57480315 in. So use that to know if you need 2 or not. Works well. But I needed two.... :C |

...this fan is touching my video card. I had to insert a plastic sheet in between. The product looks good but too tight with a D975XBX2 motherboard + Dominator memory. |

Very well made: sturdy, efficient, quiet, attractive to look at, although tricky (not hard) to install. Great in conjunction with Corsair Dominator RAM sticks (as you might have guessed, ha) because the tip of their fins bleed heat a few millimeters beneath this thing's fan trio. You might want to consider a different fan that blows sideways rather than this if 1) you do not have Dominator RAM or RAM with tall heatsink/fins to take maximum advantage of this thing's fans, 2) you have a cramped case and a front intake fan that hits your RAM with air before other components (as this thing's height plus RAM under it makes an air-blocking wall in your case, and you probably don't need a special RAM fan if your DIMMs are already vented), or 3) if you have a giant CPU heatsink that will get in the way of this [example: EVGA 680i with MaxOrb CPU fan]. |

Cons:Vibrates case a bit.
Pros:Easy install, fairly quiet, cools well. Comment:
Easily and quick install to keep RAM nice and cool, only be sure not to push it too far down or you will find it vibrates the entire case quite a bit. Good value. |

I bought this fan because my computer had heat damage on a previous RAM module. This sufficiantly lowered the tempature to 32C from my old 45C. |

Cons:May not be making much difference.
Pros:Works as advertised. Not too loud. Works with ANY memory, not just Corsair Dominator RAM. Comment:
Bought this cooler to cool my Team Extreme RAM, and I don't have anything bad to sayt about this, except it may not make much difference, hard to measure. Not any louder that my CPU fan (zalman 9700 b idle). I'd recomend this to anyone trying to squeeze a few more mhz out of their RAM.Note: Works with ANY memory, not just Corsair Dominator RAM. |

Pros:Looks great, Keeps ram cool Comment:
Ilike it but I'm not happy with the 6400C4D ram you can't overclock it with or with out the ram cooler. as soon as you go past 810 it blue screens the system not very good for the price. |

This is a sturdy piece of equipment. It does a great job of cooling ram, particularly Rambus. It fits firmly and generates a nice air flow. Be sure you have no interference above the ram chips, this thing is tall. |

Cons:doesnt hold on very tight
Pros:mounts on your ram slot clips Comment:
I bought this to blow on my Team Xtreem since it doesnt come with heatsinks attached. It is really made for the tall heatsinks of the Corsair Dominator ram , it is about 1 cm away from ram but still blows a lot of air at the ram. Should keep any ram cooler especially if you want to run high voltages. |
ehhh not realy that worth it. But its ok nothing to brag about. Airflow is so so. but, It is made more for the Dominator memery. Im using it on standard ram so the fans are far off about an inch and 1/2 away from the ram. Now if you ahve the dominator ram, their heatsinks sit pretty high thats why these were made the way they are. Dont get me wrong they do provide some aitflow but not realy worth the bucks.
