CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:Had a bubble in my block, but rotating the block fixed it.

Pros:Cools VERY wellDoes not stress the MainboardFairly quiet
Comment:
I was pretty skeptical about this type of cooler, but I'm glad I went with it. When I render, my cpu will be at load for hours/days, and I wanted to keep the temps low. I have a stock i5 750, and it idles at about 20°C (room temp is usually 18°C). The highest I've seen it is 46°C under full load. I have the fans mounted to exhaust the hot air, but I've got a big fan supplying air right near the radiator. I also like that I don't have a pound of metal pulling on my mainboard, since the radiator mounts to the case. Overall, I think this is a great cooler. Watch for it on sale.

Check any professional tests online that review this cooler and you'll quickly see its the best choice in its class.I ordered it for performance and was expecting it to be noisy, but when I fired my computer up, I could barely hear it really. If you want an aftermarket CPU cooler, this is the right choice.

Using this to cool my LGA1155 2600k. Idles at 29c with a 21c room temperature. Fairly quiet without the low speed adapters for the fans.Have yet to overclock with it yet.

Cons:Big radiator, but not a weakness really.

Pros:Comes with 2 fans, shorter tubbings and cables.
Comment:
Greater improvements from the H50. Twistable tubing serves better in installing. not to mention that there are 2 resistor cables for those looking for a more slient operation, as well as the 2-1 y cable for the fan connectors.

Cons:fans

Pros:sizeeasy to installfits in many cases
Comment:
This is a very good cooler. It dropped my i7 860 temperatures from 40c(idle)-85c(full load) to 30c-60c. The difference was not extreme but it maintains this temperature even if overclocked to 3.6ghz, which is very good! And this is with the fans on LOW, because they make so much noise at high speed.. i'm glad they included a rpm reducer. This cooler will fit well on many motherboards because of the low profile of the heatsink, as the radiator is installer on the back or side of the case, which make the case somewhat cleaner.

This is the best cooler you can buy. If you have an NZXT Vulcan, dont bother looking anywhere else. Add 2 shrouds and you have a highly effcient cooling machine.

Make sure your case will fit it, Set fans in air blowing into rad ( air will go into case so make sure you have 2 fans ontop to blow air out. Cpu amd x4 quad 3.4 black edition chip ran at 45deg C idle and 69 deg C while encoding hd video, after my idle is 28deg C and full load 100 percent cpu use on all 4 cores for 6

CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:ExpensivePoor quality fans

Pros:Quiet and performs well for a closed loop water cooling unit.Takes up much less space, doesn't block ram on smaller motherboards.
Comment:
Bought this for my overclocked 955BE which I have running at 3.9ghz. This unit does not perform as well as some higher quality air coolers and is probably not worth the $99 price tag. If you can get it on sale like I did at $74 it is well worth the price as it takes up much less room and doesn't put as much stress on your motherboard.

Cons: -loud fans without the resistors

Pros: -excellent cooling-space saving compared to the giant tower coolers available-thicker rad than h50-corsair customer support
Comment:
I bought this to replace my megahalems. Not much of a temp difference but it was much easier to work with and more spacious which was the reason I went with H70.

CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons: priceno pwm fannoiseperformance under nh-d14

Pros: Aestheticsnice fan sleevesalternative to custom WC setup
Comment:
I bought this mainly to replace my NH-D14 because with D14 it took so much space I wanted something that takes up less space but cools effectively. So i decided to jump on ship with H70. I actually did have H50 before switching over to D14 but not back on the H series. It is a good kit for newbies who doesnt want to deal with custom wc setup. If it were a bit cheaper it's definitely better. one major problem with this is the laack of pwm fan so your fan will stay on full speed at all times and this is really noisy with dual fans sitting right up against the rad pushing and pulling air through the rad. I would suggest you get a fan controller and keep it on lowest fan speed settings when you are not gaming or it wont matter much on non over clocked CPU

Straightforward enclosed water-cooling solution. Very quiet with 2 Noctua fans added in. Temperature has been even since start. All the security of water-cooling but without the hassles of more involved setups and without the fear that a ball bearing is going to shut you down!

CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons: Fans are quite loud and not very good

Pros: Very efficientWell made
Comment:
This is one of the best (if not the best) air cooler out there. I classify it as such because, of course, it cannot hold its own against a custom liquid cooled system. It was made to be put against the best air coolers out there, and it beats them. In my own opinion, it is even better than the Noctua NH-D14, inside a case that is. On an open test bench, the NH-D14 is the winner. But for those of you with a small case, or if you have big memory heat spreaders (like the corsair dominator series) this is for you. As soon as I got mine though, I replaced both fans with Noctua NF-P14FLX. They are much more quiet, and more efficient. I saw a difference of 15°C with the new ones installed, which, as you might know, is quite a lot.

CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons: - Even as entry level, radiator too big to fit many common cases (I had to upgrade from my trusty Antec P180)- Stock fans don't push enough air- Back plate uses double sided tape (aka hard to move to new PC/mobo)

Pros: - Excellent entry level AIO watercooling solution- Easy to install- Instructions easy to understand- Typical quality Corsair packaging

If not for that, it would have fit in my P180 as an upward exhaust. Also note that if your case has a rear 120mm exhaust that is directly above the back plate of your mobo, that won't fit either. Instead I had to buy a massive case (800D) to fit everything well. After upgrading the H70 cooling fans with a 140mm and 120mm fan, I am able to get 5.0 Ghz stable k 1.41v, ultra high LLC, and all other voltages stock. Speedstep etc. is enabled. At idle (100x16=1600mhz), the cpu runs at 29c. At full load (100x50=5000mhz), it's at 68-72c stable. Ambient temp is approx 20.FYI, I also had this running on a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R+i7-950. The best I could do was 4.6GHz unstable k 1.425v, ~75c with everything else identical.Happy OC'ing!

I can personally confirm that this CPU cooler works with LGA1155 motherboards! I have it cooling my 2600K on a P8P67 Deluxe mobo and it does a great job. I had it OCed to over 4.7GHz stable and never saw a temp over 71C. Very impressed. The fans are loud when on high, but I will put with it any day for performance like this...

Cons: Loud when ramped up to max cooling for overclocking!

Pros: Powerhouse cooling!

I am running a AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition Thuban 6 Core Processor 3.3GHZ Socket AM3 way overclocked when I want extra power, its stock 3.3GHz when I am just playing my day to day games and surfing the net. For my day to day 3.3 I am running almost 50% lower temps than the stock AMD heat sink and fan. But, when it comes time to crank this monster up to 4.125GHz and run all 6 cores at max it gets HOT. If I am using the stock heat sink I get errors almost instantly. With the H70 fans running full out and the CPU block using nanodiamond composite paste, its a cool sailing at 41C. Just to try it to the max I shutdown the power supply fan, case cooling and still only 52C. Although I only ran it like that for 2 hrs. The H70 ROCKS! I would give it 6 stars and an F'yea review if it was an option on the review page.

CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons: WHAT???!!! Sorry I couldn't hear you over the H70s fans. This thing is loud! I replaced the stock fans with a couple Scythes right away, it made all the difference. Mounting this can be a PITA depending on your case and how much you have to bend up the tubing during the mounting process.

Pros: Keeps my i7 920 v 4.1Ghz v 36 C idle, haven't checked the load temps but it's 3 degrees cooler than the TRUE that it replaced. The preapplied thermal paste is Shin Etsu and is phenomenal stuff, provided you can mount the cooler properly on the first try. Once you've replaced the stock fans the h70 is cool AND quiet. Installing this cooler also inproved airflow in my case and allowed me access to the first ram slot which my TRUE had blocked off.
Comment:
This cooler will keep your CPU very cool and also gives you the added bonus of additional case airflow as there is more airflow out the back and less resistance due to the lack of a big ol' air cooler.

CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons: Might not be viable in certain case/motherboard selection

Pros: Excellent liquid cooling solutionLow TempsNo maintenance Good idea if you transport your case around lots
Comment:
I would recommend the H70 for anyone who wants liquid cooling with out the hassle of a full liquid cooling system. Just bolt on the rad with the 2 push/pull fan configuration and mount the pump/water block to the processor, plug in the 2 fans and pump then you are done. Would just recommend to make sure that pump is at 100% power.
