Corsair HS1 Circumaural Headset
Cons:- Heavy- Creaking sound from part joints when you turn your head- Ear cup padding collects fluff quickly

Pros:- Sound great - Versatile driver- Affordable
Comment:
This headset sounds great. USB is a lot easier to get working vs standard headset. Mic is plenty loud. The headset is comfortable with the exception of it being heavy, as the big silver joints actually appear to be metal. Also with the headphones around your neck (eg. not using them but still wearing them) seems to feel like a very weak person trying to choke me. There's just not enough room in there for my neck, and I'm not a big guy. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. Far better than anything in it's price range IMO.

Corsair HS1 Circumaural Headset
Cons:Build quality not very durable

Pros:Comfortable and well adjustable size increments
Comment:
The overall headset is very comfortable and produces good sound with it's dedicated sound in the usb. The problem my friend had was that the left earcup was falling apart after a few months and is awaiting for a return from corsair.

Corsair HS1 Circumaural Headset
Cons:-Makes a short static noise when plugging in-USB powered (won't work on phones, mp3 players etc)-Can mess up your hair!

Pros:-Great quality (both physical and sound)-Very good microphone quality-USB powered (don't need a good sound card)-Big volume buttons-Comes with software that has a lot of features-Reasonably compact
Comment:
Overall this headphone is excellent, it really has everything you'd expect from a headphone, and it has great quality in both the build and the sounds. The USB connection can be a good and a bad thing, since you don't need a good sound card to enjoy great sound quality (especially laptops and tablets), but you won't be able to plug this into your phone. Personally, as with almost all other large headphones, I can't stand wearing them for more than two or three hours as it just hurts my head/ears due to the weight. The comfort on this headphone is fine compared to others for me though. Finally, the only complain I have is that it makes a really short static noise (can be kind of loud) when you plugin in the headphone, so make sure you plug it in before putting it on!

Pros:SturdyComfortableGood MicrophoneNice SoundGreat priceWell put together
Comment:
I bought these a couple months ago when they were on sale. I'm very pleased with them thus far. The earcups are nice and large, the material around the head piece and cups is very soft. After multiple hours your head does not get sore nor do your ears. For the price they are hard to beat. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable set of headphones.

Corsair HS1 Circumaural Headset
Comment:
- Excellent audio excellent- Very sturdy- Extremely comfy (I've not knowledgeable any "pinching" or tightness in the headband)- Cost; I guarantee you will not discover a far better performing headset in this value range. - Weak bass. Not a wonderful headphone for listening to music, even though its nevertheless not poor. Films sound ok.- Purchased this at N.C.I.X, wish I had bought at newegg, but at the time they had been out of stock. This is each a pro and a con for me: the USB connector. Because the entire unit is connected and powered by a USB connection, I sacrifice sound good quality. I have a 财 soundcard, and I can not connect my HS1 to it due to the USB. Fortunately, the headset has some genuinely superior software program, and it works well adequate without the soundcard. The pro to this is that the HS1 is the Ideal laptop headset. I've used it to skype and on Ventrilo on my hp laptop and it functions great. Very best sound I've ever heard on a laptop. Because it does all of its audio processing internally, this is a excellent set for on the go gaming. I've because upgraded to a pair of Seinnheiser PC350s, but the HS1 is nevertheless my go to headset for my laptop and HTPC.

Corsair HS1 Circumaural Headset
Cons:Very poorly made

Pros:Good headset, comfy and good sound
Comment:
Though the headset itself was very good, but they were not built to last it seems. I bought two of these, one of them was the USB version and the other was not. One broke within 4 months, the other in 2 -3 months. It seems they have a 1 year warranty so I can at least send them back.To be more specific, the wiring on one because loose and the sound got messed up. The other actually broke. The area where the ear cups turn literally broke off.

Taking these out of the box, I was added cautious. Very first thing out of the box i noticed was the nice really feel to the plastic. The padding and ear cups are good! I can't really say my ears are tiny or huge so I can't comment about fitting. The cord length is excellent! I don't comprehend why people are frustrated by the length. The cord comes with a tiny Velcro band so you can wind up the cord to adjust how much you want. Someone also mentioned volume. From what I have utilised, i generally have to have the volume down. At the moment the volume setting is at 8 and is at a good level. If you have volume at 100 you will most likely blow a thing out.I've applied the headset on TS3 and it works wonderful! Pals tell me that my voice is crystal clear. Not certain with any other executables though. It's strange, but I believe I have heard the speakers make ringing noises when absolutely nothing is playing. I've checked to see if it was my own ears ringing by taking the headset off, but it wasn't. It only happens when absolutely nothing is playing and its almost like it's random in some situations.

Corsair HS1 Circumaural Headset
Cons:possibly delicate?

Pros:Great soundover ear design cuts own background noise for listning to music, gaming etc.
Comment:
All in all this headset is fantastic. 2 months after getting my first set however (non USB version of this set) one ear went dead and stopped playing sound and was only remedied by positioning the cord coming out of the earpiece JUST RIGHT. Needless to say I threw those in the garbage and got this headset in the USB version. I don't know if it was because I was hard on them and the cord was damaged because of tugging or what.....either way it still has excellent sound quality, I guess they are just a bit delicate.I will have to see how long these ones last....If these last a year I will be a happy customer, if they last 5 months then I won't be buying a corsair headset ever again.

Comment:
The sound high quality is remarkable specialy for headphones beneath 贄. I do alot of gaming and these are perfect for hearing the guy creepin up behind you. I am also a musician and heavily into music and the sound top quality listening to music is fantastic. you would have to spend a couple hundred bucks more and get a amp to beat the sound good quality. The plan it comes with also provides you a number of sound effects like you can make it sound like the band is playing in a hallway or underwater just lil issues to play with. The mic on the headphones also offers you voice sound effects like you can sound like the opposite gender or a monster or robot fun to play with when your gaming with buddies. The mic also has noise cancelation i beleive so it wont pic up the wind if you have your fan on or something like that. the only con i can believe of is the ear cups could have utilised a little more padding since from time to time my ears slightly touch the inside cover for th drivers and im positive it will only get worse with time tho i have had these for four or five months now if your one particular of those crazy close minded audio purist than youd be waisting your income but if you are open to new things put these on select your favorite song and turn on the 5.1 or 7.1 selection close your eyes and get pleasure from mainly because theyl take you from your pc space to the concert in seconds

Comment:
This headset is extremely, incredibly comfy. The sound high quality is superb. The make quality is very sturdy and will not break effortless. I also like the way the earcups move outwards, it helps drastically if a person is talking to you out and you would like to hear them, just move it a small bit and it functions wonders. The computer software is extremely customizable and lets you tune the headset to your liking. If you want far more "umph" to your music, just mess around with the Equalizer that's develop into the software. None at all. I'd advise this to anybody that wants a 7.1 Surround Sound Headset. I have a G35, and I'm not going back to it, ever. You won't regret this obtain.

Corsair HS1 Circumaural Headset
Cons:- Hard to get used to at the beginning because they were a little tight and the material around my ears mixed with my hair made my head feel hot- The cable is a little too long, and the switch to turn the mic on/off and to turn the audio up or down is WAY too far from the headset.

Pros:-Decent Quality Audio, although before this headset I have never bought any other headset above $50- Pretty good outside noise cancellation
Comment:
If I could say that the above told the whole story then for $50 this headset would be a STEAL, BUT after having it for 6 months one of the side broke off out of nowhere, so basically be very careful when buying this headset.

Brought it when it was on sale, easy to configure and sound is good. For the price, it's a good headset, the only downside is you'd have to go to sound setting to switch between your speakers and the headset since it's a usb port.

I do like the fit and the sound is good. As a gamer I enjoyed the comfort and good quality. I've owned this headset now for numerous months and as of late it began acting up big time. Initially went the mic. I use vent a lot and now for some reason I can not be heard in vent. Then yesterday the sound got really bad. The wire connection around the volume control is weak and I get a minimal sound quality. I'm extremely mad that immediately after various months This headset has failed. For the expense I have to say they are not worth it.

Corsair HS1 Circumaural Headset
Cons:A little on the heavy side, the dolby and 7.1 options don't sound as good as I had hoped. Sounds like there's a bit of an echo, not very clean.

Pros:Decent sound quality, very durable and robust design
Comment:
I'm going to play around with the drivers to try to get better sound but ultimately I may just return them for the Seinheiser Siberia V2's. I have the original Siberia's and they are great, lasted for 4 years.
