Appears to work fine. Don't notice it getting loud or anything, but it's in a loudish compy. Get it rather of the slightly cheaper vga cooler, it will final longer. Plug didn't fit my Radeon 9700pro, but neither did my final fan. It need to be nonstandard, but comes with a molex converter so it's moot.

Ordered as replacement cooler for Radeon 9600 SE, but did not function due to capacitor in the way. Used as cooler for Northbridge chip on mobo rather. Functions wonderful for that. My error not investigating a lot more thoroughly. Didn't quite match-up to hole pattern in mobo, but was close adequate to get it to work w/ a little effort. None really. It functions. The lights are ok, but would prefer each red or each blue (or any other color for that matter), not one of every single.

Cheap, all copper, drop my two ridiculously hot sli EVGA 8600GTs from 58C* to 45C* idle and 58C* full load, with various thermal compound, didnt try the stock one(its thermal conductivety is 1.134w/m-k, EWWW;). Had to use Zip Ties to mount them on the cards, blue red leds(should've just been blue). It works well, get it for any card, if you have Zip Ties ;)

Rapidly shipping, Great pricing, Newegg was about $ 10 less expensive on the identical product from other on the net retailers after shipping. The fan works excellent - The temperature of the chipset went down from close on 70 degrees to 45 degrees and is holding. Some technical information is required to modify chipset fans about. Other than that it's a 15 minute job. Information is readily available on google video for this purpose. Fit is a small tight but not too challenging to install. Fan looks rather fairly with red and blue getting displayed. I would extremely suggest this item. I have a DFI LanParty NF4 motherboard and the fan fits it fairly well. My personal computer is a lot quieter now. Fan makes barely a whisper.

It's a sold heat sink with some cool small lights the pins where about 1 mm sort of getting into the hole. I would kind of get on it if I bent it a small, and then it stayed. I also don't like LED's that mix color I would take into account price tag as becoming a element, but honestly if the item doesn't really do what it sets out to do. I am not happy

Quiet, fast, and convenient. It functions as expected. Noticeably quieter than the original HSF. Replaced the 9800 Pro stock fan due to grinding and overheating. So far, so excellent. Egg Saver was quickly. Got here in two days. Ugly LEDs. If they were all blue or all red, it'll surely appear better.

NONE this fan is NOT compatible with all video cards. It looked like it need to snap proper in, but the holes were off about 1ǚ". I attempted to get it to fit, but failed miserably and when I went to boot back up....I got absolutely nothing.....my video card was done.

The reason why I ordered these two coolers is mainly because it's for my north bridge and sound bridge, they intend to get very hot when they are on stock cooler. These coolers just preserve my chipset below 30C - 35C and thats a really massive improvement from the stock heat sink. With the stock heat sink on I go about 40C - 55C and thats so hot that I can fry eggs on it lol. None. I put this on a P5N32-E SLI Plus motherboard and they are operating excellent. If have 2 8800 GTS/GTX or GTX 280 don't be afraid for the south bridge due to the fact they wont touch at all, even if you have an sound card like I do it wont touch.

Fit perfectly on my Radeon X1300 Pro (stock fan wore out). The included ceramic thermal paste does just fine and I see no point in receiving arctic silver to drop the temp 5 degrees when it really isn't that important with my machine. The copper construction is well performed and exceeds the efficiency of the stock heat-sink and fan. The cooling is great ࿈ C on idle and 75-80 C under high load). none Would be nice to be able to adjust the fan speed. No adapter is included for connecting to the video card so it runs 100% all the time. A small splice job and this could be achievable but... I'm lazy. Didn't see this as a con since it's fairly darn quiet and will extend the life of my ten year old dinosaur machine yet yet another year :-)

It worked and it kept the gpu really cool under regular desktop conditions. Led lights are cool. Newegg and UPS rock together. On the tiny side, fan is a little whiny but not too negative thinking about i had the side of my case open just in case the thing couldnt handle the cooling on its own. I put this on my old Radeon 9800XT and im not sure if it has different fan speeds I didn't even check, but the fan was spinning really rapid, most likely due to the 9800XT becoming a hot card anyways. Haven't tried any games with it yet, I will update when I do. Touched the Heatsink with my finger immediately after I powered down and it use to be scorching hot, couldnt keep my finger on it for more than two-three seconds. It was nice and cool now. Only gave it 4 stars mainly because I haven't pushed it yet, hopefully this small guy can preserve up.

It looks nice. It does not fit all ATI Radeon cards unless the ATI Radeon HD series are not deemed Radeon. Anyway, I purchased it and it in no way comes close to fitting onto my ATI Radeon HD 3870. The "ARCTIC COOLING Accelero S2 VGA Cooler" is the only cooler I've discovered on Newegg that will fit the 3870.

My ati 2400 pro card was operating at 60c and now is operating at roughly between 47-50c.. Has brought the heat down some... The demesions are too brief on the ati cards.. want to be just a little longer than what they are. over all not all that poor other than the length from one hole to the other...Have to take an egg off for the fit due to it saying that the part fits all ati cards...

Recently had an aging pc slowing down on me. I suspected overheating, turns out it was the chipset getting up to 50+C. Took a appear on the net and found that this little guy is a great fit, a few bucks and a few days later and this old program is pleased again. Not a moment too soon, chip doesn't look so hot and the prior fan looked practically fried. The push pins were a little wide, after I broke the previous heat sink/fan out I was worried I just did myself in. Was concerned forcing it to fit would not present the contact needed. Got a flathead screwdriver and nudged one of the pushpins in close sufficient to the hole and wammo, popped correct in good and snug, fits like a charm. Be cautious when applying Arctic Silver to the small chip. Size is about the same, still a tight fit among it and the vid card but not unique than the DFI stock fan. Went from a poor 52C under load to 41C uncomplicated. On best of that, it looks cool!

Extremely pleased with this item. I was simple to install once the old heatsink was removed. Runs quietly. It saved me from getting a new video card, not poor for it's expense. None. Would have preferred the LED fan to be 1 color instead of two but isn't a significant concern. Be incredibly cautious when removing the old heatsink to install this one.

Cools the NF4 Ultra-D chipset very properly and its pretty darn quiet too. None besides maybe it did come stock on the motherboard. Soon after doing and trying every thing I could to revive my dead fan on my quite old NF4 Ultra-D I lastly read some critiques here that this cooler essentially works on the NF4. Ive looked at a lot of but for some reason I usually passed this 1 up. I program on receiving one more for 9400gt. it looks like it will fit that too.

Heatsink is solid copper and fan has 1 blue and one red l.e.d. lighting it up. Low noise and consistent cooling. To top it off it has a durable ball bearing for longevity. Will only fit certain video cards/northbridge chipsets do investigation wants to be done when you buy this model. Employed this to replace the passive chipset cooler on a Biostar TF7025-M2 and works excellent! Love the added lightshow in my case from the built in l.e.d.'s.

Snapped suitable into my 5200. Fan housing is cool to the touch unlike the original stock fan. The fan is particularly quiet. The blue and red LED lights are a nice touch. None so far. The connector is a 3 prong, I only necessary a two prong. My poor for not checking. I employed one more brand of thermal paste that what comes with the kit so I can't speak to that.

The cooler is a ideal fit for the EVGA 780i south bridge. My temps were in between 65C at idle to 95C under load. I required one thing to lower the temperatures and replace the stock heatsink due to the fact I was preparing on water cooling the north bridge and cpu. The Evercool fits my board perfectly. Now the temps in no way get higher than 48C. Superb fit and it's queit. With the fan installed Newegg didn't have it in stock when I required it and the version I bought had sleeved power cables for a small value premium. Wonderful Fan! My GeForce 8500GT doesn't run above 52c 鲽f) at full power. Seems to be quite quiet The Pushpins and other fittings didn't fit my card. But the answer to this problem was Zip Ties. I have been using standard Zip Ties for about 6 months now with no issues, nonetheless for those paranoid folks worried about overheating use High resistant Nylon or Tefzel Zip Ties with a max temp of 150c 鵮f) at around 70cent a piece at any hardware store
