G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:Netlink

Pros:Looks sharp and the price is right
Comment:
This is very good memory and sure made my new Maximus III trot along pretty good and looks awsome. It to bad that netlink is not my choice of etailers anymore but this my last purchase I was lucky to get it even a week later lesson learned.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:- red might not match your desktop scheme

Pros:- looks great - good price- fast- can be over clocked
Comment:
Its a great memory for the price. My gigabyte motherboard detected it easily and picked a good configuration. I did over clocked the memory to what the specs was suppose to be for this memory because my motherboard only supports up to DDR3-1333. Its fast and passed memory bench mark tests that I tried. I would buy another pair if I can justify the cost to go from 4GB to 8GB.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:none

Pros:G.Skill seems to work hand in hand with Gigabyte
Comment:
G.Skill is very aggressive in pricing, i have tried so far several different memory line from them and it's working first time and every time. The Ripjaw serie have a low profile heat sink so can use them with any cpu heat sink without any compatibility problem

Bought these for my new build. Seemed to work pretty good. Haven't tried to overclock them yet but they are performing pretty spectactular so far.Kinda wish they sold a 2GB stick separate so I could tripple channel in the future.

Cons:none

Pros:good looks and heatsinkno problems and fast
Comment:
I've got the ram running on a Phenom II x2 550 coupled with a Biostar TA790GXB3 motherboard and its running with no problems. I was skeptical of whether they would work with the board or not, considering it isn't on the compatibility list. However, it does say they are compatible with 790GX chipsets, so I went for it. Its not an OC system, so I haven't tested the limits of these sticks, but I do think that using them have made drastic improvements to my computing experience!

I have this overclocked to DDR 1800 at 9-9-9-24 timings. I have it set to about 1.3V and they are perfectly stable. Looking forward to getting another 4GB set to max my board's slots out at 8GB.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:None

Pros:Nice red heatsinks, cheap, one of the most affordable quality ddr3 ram
Comment:
Bought this for my new gaming rig. It does say for Core i5 but I’m currently using it with an AMD Phenom II x6 1055T teamed up with an ASUS M4A87TD Evo motherboard with no problems. These sticks are actually on the compatibility list for that motherboard. Originally it was detected at 1333Mhz but one small change in the BIOS and everything was perfect. I’m actually thinking about buying another kit to bring up my ram to 8GB!

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:Really, none, had zero compatibility problems with this Ram.

Pros:I can see the difference from DDR2 to DDR3Went from 800mhz to 1600mhz and I can notice the switchGot this for $100, awesome deal! price may go up hurry!I had 8GB of DDR2 but cannot tell the advantage compared to 4GB of DDR3 so for now don't get more than 4GB or it may be wasted money.
Comment:
Nothing much to write about it, as I said, this is probably the best deal right now so buy it, don't hesitate at this price.

Cons:Latency a little high

Pros:Pricecompatible with a plethora of motherboardsStable
Comment:
The cheapest, most affordable DDR3 ram. It just works out of the box, the 1600mhz is more than enough for most people. Save on the ram to put towards other components for a balanced system.

Pros:great ram. rock solid on my asus m4a785t-m. currently making use of the 1600mhz with a athlon 2 x2 250 w3.6ghz. I'v had it at 3.8ghz too, and was solid, but I don't need the minor performance increase, for a large cpu voltage increase.nice stock voltage too. 1.5

Comment:
Overall nice priced ram that works great. The 1600mhz version doesn't seeme very useful for my i7 at stock speeds since it only supports 1333. I don't plan on overclocking so if the 1333 is cheaper, it might be better to go for those if you dont overclock.

Cons:DDR3 price could come down by another $25 and I'd get another set!

Pros:cheap affordable DDR3 raminstalled with no issuesclears even with a Coolermaster Hyper 212+ cooler in first slot of an ASUS p755 board
Comment:
haven't tried OC'ing it, but so far it runs pretty well. my mobo automatically clocked it to 1600 out of the box instead of 1333 like some other ppl, so good job on G. Skill + ASUS compatibility!

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:Could not get the ram to work in the blue RAM slots in the gigabyte motherboard, had to use the white slots. Gigabyte recommends blue slots for dual channel. But was able to tweak the bios and use the white slots.

Pros:Works great, was able to get dual channel working on the matx gigabyte motherboard. Good price, good specs.

Cons:DDR3 prices go up

Pros:G.Skill reputation,look.
Comment:
Really stable ram. G.Skill provides lifetime warranty (like OCZ to be fair) but seems to have a higher reputation in the Overclocker crowd. Overclocks great. Ripjaws heatsinks do make a difference, but I was sure thoses were filled but they are quite thin and don't weight much. Side pictures would show that.

My budget g41 Gigabyte mobo worked out of the gate with this set just fine. Booted with no settings required on an old Q6600 Core2 Quad. You can look forward to rolling this pair into a new Core I5/7 system later if you happened to use an old CPU from a friend like I did to get back into PC gaming after working out my 360 addiction :)
