I am Certainly pleased with these sticks that I bought a couple of weeks ago. Popped them in and they worked proper off the bat. Now I am the Proud owner of 8gigs of ram on my windows 7 pc. None!! I only wish they came with blue leds. Otherwise, they are undoubtedly worth the price.

Works fantastic, had to manually set the speed at 1600 and the timings to the correct values. But, the difficulty was with my mobo and not the ram. none I've been with G.Skill for a couple of years now, and they've in no way failed me. :) As constantly, adore the slender, but helpful, heat sinks.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:None

Pros:They worked out of the box and pass numerous memtest runs
Comment:
Got them a year ago before RAM prices dropped crazily back to their original pricing zone. They worked out of the box which is great to know. Other than that, it's not a very exciting RAM kit to talk about. The casing is not the most glamorous (subjective) and the timings/speed are mid-range. I guess it's a good product if you need a RAM boost. Due to the normal-ness of this product, would not really recommend these over other RAM kits other than to say that they work as intended, which is definitely a good thing as some other brands tend to have compatibility issues or have higher defective rates.

Cons:None really.

Pros:Look real purdy.
Comment:
I got a set of these a couple of months ago and I just recently picked up a second so that I could fill my empty dimms and speed up my system a little. They look really nice. I had an issue with them a while back, I think I pushed them too hard and I started getting BSOD's :P .

I've ordered 3 sets of this RAM and never had a problem with it. Product name implies it's for i5 systems, but works just fine in both AMD based systems I've used it in.

Installation was straightforward I installed this memory early in November. My method began to show instability immediately after about two months. I lastly ran memtest in mid March and got some errors. I have filed for an RMA. I bought this as part of a cpu, mb, memory package. The price was 84.99. When I checked some time after that the price was 49.99. I presume that the manufacturer will replace this memory but failed memory either indicates that you are without a personal computer for a whilst or you obtain much more in the meantime. Manufacturer Response:.Dear CustomerWe are sorry to hear the memory has problems. Please send them in for RMA and a replacement kit must function greater. All of our memory packages are backed by a lifetime guarantee for these forms of scenarios. If for whatever reason your memory is dead on arrival or becomes defective soon after a couple days, weeks, or years of use, we will exchange it with a new replacement with out question. Pros:Really good ram.
Comment:
Really good memory just ordered another 4gb of this and no problems at all with this ram. Been 1 year im operating with only 4gb but since it's at a great price and a great value , I bought some more. But I did not overclock it so I did know what it look like on that side.

Fantastic ram. Not much I can actually say, no complications none You will most likely have to set your ram speed to 1600 in the bios if your motherboard runs it at 1333 by default, as most do in my expertise.

Cons:4 is never enough

Pros:Great Price
Comment:
This is a good choice if your on a budget. I would recommend 8 but if you need to make a choice between ram and something like a better videocard or motherboard, this would be the place to cut back on. 4 gigs is good enough until you can add more in the future

Scores a 7.8 under memory on the windows experience index for me. I have 8 gigs worth of these as I that is as much as I think I'll ever need. Needed a set of ram that wasn't too horrendously tall so I could mount an aftermarket cooler and these aren't too tall. Can't go wrong with these.

Works excellent with Phenom ll 965 125w ƒ sets for 2GB x 4 = 8GB) No problems whatsoever , install and alter BIOS settings to stated timings and voltage and forget about it ! Even just installing it without altering settings in BIOS it works wonderful , but at stated timings and 1333mhz ,rather of rated 1600mhz ! Absolutley None ! Bought this RAM in Febuary 2010 , and still running like a champ . Originally had it in a MSI 790GX-G65 , that board died and swapped it to a MSI 770-G45 . G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Cons:None

Pros:Will fit AMD, ATI board as wellPrice very competitive
Comment:
It's a very good ram considering the price. Bought these with Asus M4A88T-V Evo board and had no problem at all to have them set on dual channel 1600 mhz at their stock timing (9-9-9-24). It does say I5 but whatever this will fit into AMD processors as well (I have it right now with AMD 965 black edition quad core). You will find faster ram on the market, but won't be finding these at that price for sure. This is recommanded to any users.
