It's a no brainer, even a novice can install it
Comment:
Simple, works great on a mixed brand wireless equipment network... So simple even a technically challenged woman could install it.

First off, this does not work with Windows Seven which sucks. It worked fine with Vista, nothing spectacular, but it worked.

Great product
Comment:
This is my 3rd Hiro adapter. Using XP and it loaded and works great. Unlike the Netgear adapter, Hiro's software doesn't require a login at boot. Too bad Netgear doesn't hire Hiro to do their software.

you dont need the name brand...this device works great...you get the antennae advantage so you dont have to move your system around to get the best range...and you dont have to clog up your usb bandwidth....great product

Best Deal, Best Price
Comment:
I bought this and put it into my son's system and he was up and running in less then 3 mins. The connection speed is awesome. We use to have a another companies card which had problems connecting to my network, but this one hit at 100 signal and found 8 other wireless around us. Great Deal, will be buying a couple more for my other computers.

Not for me
Comment:
Like usual, speedy shipping and excellent customer service keeps me coming back. I'm glad this card worked so well for everyone else, but it kept dropping signals to the point that it is unusable. I installed some other generic card I got from the local computer store and had no problems.

Poor link strength
Comment:
I bought this card for a new computer I just built and am having problems with the link strength. 2 other computers in the same room have 4-5 bars of signal this one can barely keep 3. The signal fades in and out also, will run great for along time at good speeds then drop out for 10-20 minutes. Good Price but poor range.

Picky antenna, great product
Comment:
Needed to move my computer from the living room to the bedroom, but couldn't move the router. The card was a pain to install at first, but got it in. Drivers installed fine, just needed to remember to reboot. Drivers from the official site are sketchy for my Vista machine. Noticed some latency and had to move the antenna, which seems to prefer in front of my monitor on my desk. Decent signal strength and no problems so far.

So far so good...
Comment:
I had to bend the metal to get it in.. But I just plugged it in to my VISTA x64 and it worked. No issues what so ever no driver installs or anything. I have almost full signal strength but my router is in the next room so no surprise there. I will update if I have problems. So far good deal.

Good for the price, Util has WPA support.
Comment:
Card came with external wired antennae, but didn't need it for under-desk PC (full strength signal from under desk to router in next room, 30 feet). XP zero config didn't p/u WPA settings (blaming this particular XP install, not the card). Lucky the utility on included disc supports WPA/2/TPIK/AES. Kept settings and automatically connected to secure network on reboot. Flawless for 3 weeks+.

Outstanding performance for price!
Comment:
I received my order extremely quickly and was up and running in mere minutes. I have not had less than a constant 48Mbps speed on my connection since I installed this card. Just so you understand how amazing this is, my wireless router is upstairs while my desktop PC is downstairs in my front family room. It's a LONG way for a signal to travel, but it doesn't seem to bother this card. I am also running this on Windows XP (Service Pack 3) with no problems whatsoever. Anyone need a wireless card? Get this one! Thanks!!!

Great basic quality adaper.
Comment:
I haven't vigorously reviewed & stress-tested this wireless adapter for the PC, FYI. However, it was inexpensive, gets great signal strength, and it WORKS - so I'm happy. Would recommend it.

Nice Alternative
Comment:
Product worked as described. hook up is a breeze and he antenna has a magnetic base. Grest option for those whose smother their system in a desk shelf. Allows one to move the antenna away from signal interfering wires and the like.
