Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:none other than that once overclocked it runs hotter than sandy bridge

Pros:The lastest unlocked i5 from intel! while it does not offer a large performance boost over sandy bridge it is still a great really fast processor
Comment:
This is probably the best bang for the buck cpu on the market right now. It completely crushes anything AMD has at the moment. I would highly recommend this cpu

Cons:Cooler that comes with it sucks.

Pros:Fast, easy to overclock, runs all the games I want it to run at 60+fps with my 7950.
Comment:
Great CPU for the price. I would definitely recommend this product.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:-Heat Output, spending $30+ on an aftermarket heatsink is -highly- recommended.

Pros:-Tons of power.-Unlocked for Easy overclocking.
Comment:
I'm VERY happy with this processor. But I must recommend that you look into getting an aftermarket heatsink. The stock heatsink is lack lustre, I was hitting 90+ degrees when under 80% load (was scared to stress test at this temp) and 70 at idle. Using an A50, the temps are now at 70 degrees under load (after a few hours of prime) and 38-40 at idle.

This is my second Intel based system and I am very satisfied with the Ivy bridge i5 processor. It fit right into my budget and well worth the price.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:None so far. This isn't really a con, but I the stock fan is useless to me since I bought a Zalman CPU cooler.

Pros:Stable temps (avg 27 deg C) and awesome performance!
Comment:
I'm getting very stable temps at stock speed. I don't have any complaints yet. OC should be a breeze.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:definitely need an aftermarket cooler for overclocking, but that's kind of a pre-requisite anyway

Pros:Very fast and functional, overclocks like a breeze
Comment:
My first Intel chip - I was an AMD fanboy for 16 years, but now it's time to go with a winner since AMD gave up on performance chips. Super easy to install compared to AMD chips, just set, clamp, and go. And OMG is the O/C wtfeasy with this thing, I broke 4.3ghz at stock voltage and stock bclk, just set the multiplyer and giddyap!

Cons:None

Pros:Reasonably priced, good performance
Comment:
Bought it on sale at 219.99. I would say this is the best bang for the buck right now for the ivybridge processor. It overclocks fairly well too.

Cons:non that I can think of

Pros:Fast, overclockable, bang for buck.
Comment:
This is a great processor for the money. It eats anything I throw at it. For $20 less the 3550 does not compare when you overclock the 3570K. I am on the stock cooler running 4.0Ghz, voltage and temps remain the same as 3.4Ghz.This is the top of the line I5, the next model up is the I7 and almost $100 more. I highly recommend buying this, if you are on the fence jump off RUN to the store :)

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:You need a CPU cooler, stock isnt good at allGets a bit hot pretty fast on load

Pros:Good 3.4ghz stockTurbo boost mode helps you get a bit further without OCing
Comment:
It does everything I ask it to do, without complaining. Never got past 63C with 85-90% load, using a Evo to cool it down. No need to spend a lot of money on a watercooling if you don't plan to OC it. Very powerful, I would definetly buy again.

Pros:Very Powerful, nice price, its intel
Comment:
Upgrading from my i3-2100 system, this thing is noticeably faster at stock speeds. I love this chip! Havent tried OCing yet but might try in a week or so. I have the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 cooling it so I should get to a good speed. Would recommend to anyone who can afford it!

Pros:-reliable-not too hot
Comment:
Good cpu on afforadable pricing. Went from E8400 to this and program response time felt faster. Temperatures were 30C avg and 72 max on aftermarket heatsink. Good cpu for anyone who wants performance but not over the top products.

Pros:- Easy to overclock- Pretty quiet stock fan under normal load

As other reviewers mentioned, this is a good CPU for anyone who does not need a hyper-threaded 3770k. I am a programmer who occasionally does graphics work and gaming. This processor has satisfied all my requirements so far.

Cons:None at the moment.

Pros:Fast, power-efficient, quiet and cool.
Comment:
Switched over from AMD x6 1055t, noticed an immediate difference in speed, from boot time to gaming in general. The fan is also very very quiet compared to AMD stock fan which is a plus. So far I haven't OC'd it, but with an ambient temp of ~25 C the core never goes above 55C. Highly recommended.

Cons:None (well maybe the heat when OCed)

Pros:Runs games well at stock speedPower efficient
Comment:
Upgraded from core2-e8400 at 3.6ghz to this and it's working just great. Had stuttering issues with BF3 with the 8400 both cores constantly running maxed out, but this cpu runs it no sweat even at stock clock speed.I haven't tried OCing yet, to be honest I don't think I will bother as it seems to run a little on the warm side under heavy load. The included aluminum heatsink looks rather weak but I suppose that keeps the cost of the cpu lower.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:-Temps when O/Cing

Pros:-Price-Speed-Stock Temps-Native USB3-Stupid easy to O/C
Comment:
Was debating between this and the 2500K, but with the price difference being so difference decided might as well jump ahead a generation. When paired with a good Z77 motherboard, this cpu runs great! stock temps were between 35-50C in my toasty 4th floor apartment, and now with my coolermaster 212 evo cooler installed in "pull" mode, I have it "everyday O/Cd" to 4.1ghz at stock voltages and temps are between 35-65C. I have not really used the integrated graphics much, I'm sure there will be certain applications that will take advantage of the extra GPU for encoding - so it's a nice bonus. I have noticed that all my USB speeds have been lightning quick, even my old usb2 drives - and I can only attribute this to having native USB3 support on these chips. The only issue I had was figuring out a proper thermal paste method, had to reseat my heatsink a few times. But overall, a great bang for your buck CPU!

Cons:Higher temp. than sandy bridge CPUs

Pros:Good priceGood performance
Comment:
If you are a gamer go for this. If you do lots of video editing, go for hyperthreading. Overclocking is "harder" than sandybridge due to higher temp at higher clock.

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 Quad-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:Stock heatsink is kind of meh

Pros:Works like a charm
Comment:
Works great. Ran perfectly, no hitches. Would buy again if I happened to need another processor. Idles at around low-mid 50s celcius with stock cooling and high 60s to mid 70s under load. Granted my case only has 2 intake and 1 outtake fans, it's an understandable temperature range.Stock cooler pushes air around the mobo (its fan points up / at the side of the case) so it's recommended that you grab an aftermarket heatsink when you can. I'll be getting either the H80 or the NH-D14 eventually for when I want to overclock this thing.

Pros:- Really fast!- Low power consumption when idle- Runs at 68C Max at Full Load with stock cooler- Great for gaming

Awesome CPU even for the price. The onboard graphics (HD 4000) really isn't impressive. Runs Diablo 3 at minumum settings (1920x1080) but not very smoothly. My computer boots in no time at all with an SSD to boot, and everything is quick as ever. Great CPU.

Cons:Price

Pros:Fast as alwaysVery energy efficient when IdleHD4000 Graphics perfect for HTPC
Comment:
Intel Keeps ahead of the rest when it comes to monstrous yet efficient. I've owned a Core 2 quad, then an I7 2600k, and now this. The first thing I noticed when buying this was the 77Watt TDP and extremely low Idle wattage (identical to all other IVY bridge CPUs, so no different getting a celeron, pentium, or i3 if your only want to save power).Intel's integrated hd4000 graphics are treating me well so far, however I don't like how I have to buy a "K" series CPU to get the 4000 vs 3000. most people running a 3570k or a 3770k will have a discrete graphics adapter anyways. Intel has always been the Cadillac on the market. It may not be the most economical but you know it wont let you down.
