Intel Core2 Duo E7500 2.93GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor
Comment:
Well, I evolved to this CPU from a Pentium 4 three.4 GHz. I hated the Pentium 4 because it ran hot and definitely ran slower than I liked probably due to it's FSB speed. In any case, I just put it in to my new motherboard I got along with this and it I could instantly tell it was a lot more quickly. It runs about 40 degrees Celsius with the fan it came with and no fans on the case so it is a plus, but it could've been superior for the price. I don't think there are any cons to this. I just put it in and installed the stock heatsink/fan that came with it and it went off good. I would recommend this CPU to any individual. I was thinking of getting a quad-core, but I don't require it when I have very good sufficient speed with this dual-core.

fits correct, looks right, reads appropriate, and the size is right for the price, this processes is just correct can get a bit warm i suggest removing the CPU past that comes on the heat sink and put your own CPU cooler past on its a superior notion to remove the stock past just before adding your own or just be cautious if you get to a great deal when it gets hot it could run under the CPU and trigger failure

Intel Core2 Duo E7500 2.93GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor
Cons:Not as powerful as today's CPUs

Pros:Long lifetime, Cheap
Comment:
I've run this CPU in my pc for over 3 years now. Never have had a single problem with it. Upgrading to a newer mobo/cpu this christmas, and will confidently pass this one down to my brother. If your making a cheap gaming PC for a son or other family member, this will do fine. I've run starcraft 2, WoW, league of legends, Skyrim, Battlefield 3, and it does fine.

Upgraded from a prescott 3ghz this is Significantly quicker on W7Runs very cool, stock fan is really quiet and i am employing a open air case. Based on the temps i am obtaining, i don't see any point in upgrading anytime soon. I am not overclocking or anything. The price tag is proper 6MB l2 cache would be good but the value approaches a quadcore at that point. Pushpin style heatsink mount is good because you dont need a backplate which requires you to take away the motherboard. It did demand additional force than i thought to lock.

Rather high speeds, decent amount of L2 for a dual core. Not a negative price either. Not a quad core? I threw this in a cheapo motherboard with 2GB of RAM and it's lightning rapid and rock solid. I have 2 other computers with 2.4Ghz Core2Duos and this one feels noticeably more rapidly.

Applied for a smaller office server application, this is a excellent low-cost choice. I have built a couple of machines with this series processor and I have never ever been dissatisfied. None It was probably obsolete the day that I ordered it. Lots of newer and sexy processors on the market now but for standard workplace work, photos, and interent stuff this is fantastic.

Lovely packaging. Nice quiet fan and it works. The best factor about the Core 2 Duo's is that they run cooler than most other processors but nonetheless give you computation power! You will like. The little points make me nervous when trying to install them. I wonder when they will have a sheepdale?

Fast (super quickly) for a spending budget CPU. No require to OC. Runs good and cool. Handles everything I have thrown at it so far with ease. For the price you can't beat this CPU. If you are updating or developing a MoBo with a LGA 775 socket stop reading critiques and obtain this CPU. You will enjoy it! NONE!!! Just purchase it! Powering everything with a 350 watt PS (might need to have upgrading but no signs of it now.) Don't understand those who had problems with included cooling fan and heatsink. Seemed fairly normal to me. I believe they function fantastic. I built this in an old case I had so my wife would leave my laptop alone. I like it so considerably I could give her the laptop. My create on a spending budgetCPU: Intel Wolfdale core2 duo 2.93GHzMoBo: MSI G41M-P25 Micro ATXMemory: 2x2gig GEIL DDR3 PC8500HDD: Western Digital 320gig SATA 16meg cacheOS: Windows 7 PRO 64bitIT SCOOTS!!!

excellent upgrade from an e4300 񢔌mhz OC) i dont even program on overclocking it because this is just to hold me down till i create my new sys in may well. i play empire total war maxxed with my 8800 gts(waiting on my 5770 to get here in the mail) and no issues at all. so far has handled every little thing ive thrown at it. i watch a movie though i burn dvd's and run a bunch of other apps and rarely 100% loads it. for those of you wondering if the cooling is enuf with the stock hsf supplied, in my opinion it is. my temps range from 37- 60c. its all about your method setup fellas. im positive i could uncover 1 if i tried but all in all a good acquire and wonderful item from intel. wonderful chip for the income if overclocked this chip would compete with its more high priced dual core brethren.as lengthy as thay continue to generate top quality chips and at a decent cost intel will forever have me as a consumer.

Versatile and fast. None I necessary to upgrade my old 2005 3.0GHz P4. It was great for as lengthy as it lasted. But even with a video card, that old P4 just would not play Blu-ray files. And that old Gateway had been utilised as my home entertainment personal computer up til now. CPU/MoBo/RAM.... Spent less than 趚 on this. I utilized the existing equipment from that Gateway. Wasn't seeking for the latest and greatest to invest oodles of money on. Just some thing fundamental that will get the job performed. And, with 64bit Win 7, it works flawlessly and is significantly faster than the old P4.

Fantastic processor for the price, quick and works as intended. Packaged heatsink and fan does the job. N/A The fan and heatsink had been rather one thing to install. Then again, it was my initial time manually upgrading a CPU, so it may well just be that I lack the expertise in installing them. I don't believe it deserves removing an egg although, as they still get the job carried out once installed and weren't as terrible to lock in spot as I've red.

Awesome processor, works excellent. At present have it OC'd at three.75 Ghz on a Gigabyte G31M-ES2L mobo, and it runs perfectly with no instability. Completely none. If you strategy to overclock too a lot, I suggest acquiring a new CPU fan, the factory 1 will not hold up past about 3.25 Ghz.
