Pros:-Free shipping for RMA and warranty returns!-50$ is less expansive than buy a lot of warranty for each time you buy something-You can use 500 points for this. Comment:

First you only get to spend 50$ to get VIP status once in a life time for afterward you can renew your VIP status with reward points it lets you accumulate for reviews of the product you purchase. You can also acquire computer parts with those points. Then there's the Free RMAs, Shipping options, General NCIX awesomness, etc...!! |

Got this with points, Before I bothered to write any reviews, those newsletters add up eventually!For payment, since it was free, and I figured I'd rather not put in a CC number if I don't have to; I selected an NCIX gift card and filled it with bogus information. The payment process initially failed but was accepted almost immediately after and my membership was renewed. Don't know if that process caused a ripple for the team to smooth out but it worked for me! |

RMA made easier. NCIX promised expedited service for being a member. Just RMA an item before I joined and still had great service from NCIX. An explanation of how to send back the item would be helpful. However, just as easy for me to drive and drop off at their Richmond warehouse. |

Just got this today for 500 points. NCIX was quick to process the order, took only one business day.I dont seem to see any special member discount or deals yet however, maybe have to wait until a promo?
