I've always have had great service. RMA's and any problems always get delt with fast. I'm not sure if this has been becasue of being VIP or because NCIX is that good at what they do and haven't forgoten about the customer. |

Worth it should you get a DOA or defective product. I've had to RMA to another store and it's quite the hassle, especially when a manufacturer does not have a location in Canada. Since you can acquire this through points I can't think of any drawbacks. Points are easy to get by writing reviews or subscribing to newsletters (you'll get way more than 500 a year just from the newsletters alone)...I guess the con is that I keep shopping here because of all the ads lol but I'm happy with the products, my wallet may not be. |

This is really a no brainer. If you've subscribed to the newsletter you get at least 25 points a week. Even if you only buy one item a year, worth spending the points on for the safety net. |

There is absolutely no reason why customers don't sign up for NCIX's newsletters, collect points, and get their VIP memberships for FREE. Heck, I would be willing to PAY for my VIP membership if I couldn't get it for free. Electronics can fail at any time. Sure they may still be under warranty, but RMA shipping can cost a lot. |
