I think any online company should have this option for it's customers. It gives them safety and ease of mind when it comes to buying products.

I got this free with points to ensure any returns would be free. Usually I pick-up my orders, but if I have to get the parts shipped to me then I definitely want these perks.

never seen any product with extended warranty, what does the "and MORE!" means. They could be more specific. it's usefull if you have tons of points and you feel like wasting some and if you do alot of purchase and think about using the rma quite often.IMHO the and MORE is a fraud, there's nothing more to it >.

I think that this is a really great incentive for people. If I had known about this earlier, I would have signed up before i just placed a large order. I guess I should have read the box at the bottom of the page before i submitted my order.

I got this free with points on my last build. It's easy enough to get the points for it so why not? Who doesn't like free things?

The VIP seems to have made my price matches and orders faster (especially when paying with methods that usually take long), and RMA shipping is always a pain if you dont have a store near you. If you can get this using reward points, its totally worth it. If you have a ncix nearby, though, it is not necessarily worth paying 50 bucks for.

Redeem 500 pts for the VIP member, well worth it since it is 50+ if you are going to pay. If you have the points, it is a no brainer. The benefits are free RMA shipping, extended warranties and a lot more.

I recommend anyone with enough points to get this to keep it up to date. As others have pointed out, it's easy to accumulate the points needed to maintain this membership each year. Even at the $50 if you are just new to NCIX and have no points, if you order often enough, it's still very worth it.

Didnt have this the first time i needed to return a defective unit and found out return shipping is worth more than the product itself. This is more of a safety thing and I hope I don't actually have to use it. The forum tag is also cool. Extremely worth it for the little amount of points you have to pay

not too sure of all the benefits, but it was free by using ncix points [by writing reviews like this one].little bit cheaper on shipping, but nothing mind-blowing. i don't think it's helped me return anything yet.

Great addition if you shop from NCIX often or even occasionally (like me). It already saved me once when I had to RMA a video card back. You can easily get the 500 points needed to get this for free.

I have absolutely no idea why I have not purchased this before. For only 500 points it is a no brainer, especially since that can be achieved in only 20 weeks, aka 20 newsletters at 25points/newsletter.Fantastic service, excellent benefits, definitely a keeper. Thanks!

There's nothing better for the points than the comfort of knowing that RMA shipping to Vancouver won't cost a penny! Best value for your points period! Use your points on this, even if you buy from NCIX only once in a while!

Got this for 500 point and it just reassures you that if you ever have any problems that the shipping will be dealt with. However, I would not pay $50 as it is not required. Would buy again for 500 points as it is virtually free.

I have been getting this for years now, especially since it is only 500 points if you collect them through newsletters, writing product reviews etc. I had to use an advanced RMA on a newly purchased motherboard the first year I became a VIP member and realized right then and there just how valuable it is to have this, especially if your purchase a lot over the course of the year from NCIX. I have been renewing the membership ever since.If you are someone who has bad luck with bad parts or worry when it comes to building a new system, put your mind to rest and get this little bonus with your next order. Very highly liked and recommended.

I got it for 500 NCIX points. Best point spent ever. Although I haven't taken advantage of RMA yet, but needing not to worry about it at all feels great. Plus, seeing the VIP member tag makes you look awesome.
