Had to use RMA twice and it was nice to have the shipping paid for. As for the extended warrnties not sure what that means, as I had a Logitech KB go after 3 months and it is Manufacturer's anyway at that point. |

This only costs 500 points, or 10 reviews of items you bought, or 50 of items you haven't bought... This could potentially save you 5~20$ in shipping charges, which is pretty awesome, and it makes you worry less, which is nive... and have the itle VIP members is pretty cool tooNot worth the 50$ though |

Never regretted about NOT having extended warranties and free RMA before going VIP. Things did not change since then. Maybe, it makes processing faster - not sure about that. From personal experience, I usually have my order shipped same day. A friend of mine has delays (non-VIP). Maybe, just a coincidence.Not worth 50$, but for points you get for free, could you find better use for those 500 points anyway? Perhaps, free ground shipping? :) |

I purchased this membership with my rewards points and it was well worth it. Recently I had to send back 3 items that were defective and NCIX covered the shipping so the points were well worth the free shipping. |

If you get this with points, its only 400 points since you get 100 points for a review. No reason not to get this. Free RMAs, OEM warranty extensions, even if you only have to ever RMA 1 product, this is worth it. |

I got this and I actually used the service twice before NCIX had stores or a warehouse in Ontario. Definitely saved me some money in terms of shipping. The best part is that you can just redeem the service with 500 points. |
