A must have if you have the points, which aren't that hard to collect. This membership gives me some peace of mind that I'll be able to RMA in case of a defected product (that I haven't come across yet)

As a lot of people have said before, the free RMA shipping provides good peace of mind for the minimal effort of writing a few reviews. What I do wish though is for the program characteristics to be clearer or easier to find out. Which merchandise is covered ? Which warranty returns (to the supplier ?) ? What exactly is included in the "and MORE!" part ?This should all be easy to find.

Pretty good service to get. Even better when you use your points. Would have been the absolute best if they keep offering year after year service... wishful thinking. Because had my crappy 4 ballistix die on me after 1 year. Regardless, got some more ram from NCIX with another year of VIP.

VIP saved me around $10 for ground shipping back to NCIX for returning my DOA Pioneer DVD drive.All I had to do was request an RMA and call up the UPS guy, and then I gave him the auth number. Pretty pain-free and my replacement arrived within 2 business days at my door.For 500 points, this is a great extra feature for NCIX shoppers.

Got this off points and it certainly gives me peace of mind. Great product if anything goes wrong and you need to rma. I'm very happy with it and will certainly renew it once my vip is done. There's no reason NOT to have this by now, especially if you don't live in Vancouver. It absolutely is worth the minimal effort needed to write a few reviews and submit a few links to get the required reward points for this (or the $50 I suppose, if you do some pretty heavy shopping here and can't spare a few minutes...). Shipping costs from Toronto in my case to Vancouver are something I don't want to have to worry about (we're talking like $20 minimum). Of course, I hope I never have to use it, but I'm far more comfortable ordering from NCIX with it.Better safe than sorry ;)

I'm glad, with some help of other people here, that I signed up for the VIP membership because I had a to RMA a hard drive. The whole RMA process was very easy and free of charge thanks to the VIP membership. I recommend this to everyone, especially to people who makes large or frequent orders.

Bought it with points two years in a row now, though never had to use it before. It's nice to have extra warranty on RAM (NOTE: only RAM bought directly from NCIX covered, not stuff bought through NCIX from 3rd party suppliers) and free return shipping in case of a problem. Make sure you use your NCIX points, not your cash.

I purchased this because it is good value for what you get. You can use your points to redeem this. Points can be easily accumulated by a variety of ways. VIP members also get priority service.

Guess it can be useful. I'll end up buying express RMA if I'm out east cause I like getting things done fast, or I'll walk in and do it if I'm back west. What can I say, getting VIP status anywhere is a good thing.But getting it at Netlink is a better thing because you get benefits that regular customers don't get, like free RMA shipping, discounts, etc.Thanks to the good community here, and special thanks to POLAR MAN for topping off my points with a 300 point donation, I was able to finally get VIP status.I recommend getting it.

Well I am glad I can get this with points. I was thinking about getting Premier Partner Membership. But it cost way more than vip member. I wasn't so into pc before like I am now. Well, I certainly hope the Premier Partner Membership can be cheaper.. Anyway, I'll do my best giving my opinion on products in exchange for points.. Btw, I am only into membership related type of reward.
