excellent cost Useless in a my Canon HF100 camera This card is garbage. I have class 4 cards that are fast enough to write to in this HD camera. This card will not function in this camera since it states it can not reliably write to it. Cons:-slow as a class 4-I bought this in the store so no ORDER ID, so it wont allow me to give it a 1 STAR, BUT THAT'S WHAT IT SHOULD BE.

This card is as slow as a class 4. I bought this card to replace my 16gb class 4 Kingston and it well not an upgrade at all.I noticed in my camera it took the same amount of time to write an image so I tested on my computer.Tested with large files on both my kingston and this card, both performed the same with write of 6mb/s. While my kingston outperformed its class, the Patriot underperformed.What a waste of time and money.I am going to return this,even if I have to pay restocking. |

Only owned for about a week, but it operates flawlessly with the GoPro HD camera. Used it all weekend up at the mountain filming at 960P. Saved the video files quickly. Transfer Speed from card to laptop was rapid. Actual storage capacity is about 14.8 GB. Excellent for these of you searching for a memory card that can record HD video from you cameras. |

card works fine in a non stressed or non-Nikon D7000 device. Bought this as the Slot 1 card for the D7000. Card formatted fine but began to have concerns with card errors. Slot 2 card (Sandisk) worked fine. I reformatted the Patriot card numerous occasions and it would perform for a couple of frames and the error would happen soon again - sooner if I was in burst mode. This occurred in both Slot 1 and Slot two use. The card would operate fine in my Canon point & shoot. Not positive if this is relevant but the card is tight in the D7000 slots - my other cards are not. Not certain if this is a sizing problem with the Nikon or the card. |

The Patriot 16GB Class 10 card operates effectively in my Canon 60D in both video mode (the key purpose I bought it) and in high-speed shooting mode. I have only observed the buffer notice as soon as in about 6 hours of testing. Absolutely nothing technical, but the frequent value adjustments are annoying. I really bought two of these at the exact same time and they each work good. My only petty gripe is I noticed the price tag on these cards fluctuates all the time, even prior to I purchased them. It goes from normal price tag to on sale to sold out to back in stock, on-sale with rebate, and so on., etc. I sadly bought these appropriate following they had been back in stock at complete price, and presto...they went on-sale again ideal immediately after I bought them and I'm not eligible for the rebate. Poor timing on my behalf, I suppose. Anyone got any cheese to go with this whine? |

It was bought as a gift for my mother for Christmas. She was tired of running out of space on her old Card in her camera each and every time she would take a film rather of a picture. This has solved that problem.Dropped ideal into a cannon A495 and functions like a dream.Pic count: sufficientMovie Count: A lot n/a For the price tag point of 16gb I would not look at anything much less. It puts you in a location where you will have a challenging time filling the card with pics and movies... I can see how you would fill a 16gb swiftly if you want it to hold music for your intelligent phone, but consider back a handful of years and how several music players had been only 16gb. |

This card is Rapid. I use it for my Canon 60D and it's quick. Transfer speeds onto my Computer reaches 25MB/s. It's Quick.Deleting and formatting my card on my DSLR is Fast. Did I mention it's Fast? My prior SDHC card would not even record movies appropriately on my DSLR. With this, it functions flawlessly. High speed burst shots are also flawless. If you don't thoughts mail-in rebates, then this is the card to purchase. Even without the MIR, it's still a great price tag for its performance and size. You can't go incorrect with this card. None really. I wish it was a 32GB model! Patriot's goods are recognized for its rapid speed. I wish this came with a Xporter XT |

Low cost. So far dependable. Class 10 card that has a 5MB/s write speed.Tried copying 12Gigs of Tv series, took me about 40 minutes.Significantly much better than my previous A-Data 16gig class six card that copied @ 2-3MB/s I'm not sure how manufacturers test their hardware and label their merchandise, as to SD cards it in no way comes out as advertised.DHL shipping sucks. Took them 4 days to ship the package from NewEgg's warehouse that is 20 miles away from my residence. |

Operates in "XP+" mode and lower SP, LP modes ONLY. While rated as class ten it will not work in the higher resolutions of FXP and MXP. Functions no better than a class four in this Video HD camera. In my camera it functions the same as a "class four" card costing 20 dollars less. Well it wasn't really costly, write speeds aren't slow. Wasn't actually low cost, and it was mail in rebate, but whatever.Couple of weeks soon after utilizing it commonly without having difficulty, my D7000 spits up and loses all the pictures. It is now operating fine once again but I don't know if it will happen once again or if it triggerable/repeatable.I am tempted to RMA it, but I don't know if the next one particular will be just as bad. With this Class ten Patriot I haven't been held up waiting for the Camera to write to the card... and on best of it all it is as massive and less expensive then I paid for any of those other cards...
