PATRIOT 16GB SD CLASS 10

Super high capacity is good. My camera doen't count "expected pictures" higher than 9999. So even at medium quality it says "pictures left = 9999" and on low excellent it says "pictures left = 9999" High top quality 14MP leaves about 5000 images.Cost is correct. I don't know if it's the camera or the card, but when I take a picture on medium good quality, there is nonetheless a 2 second write time right after the photo is snapped. Don't like this since it's rated at a speed of ten (same as SUPER Pricey card) and it takes forever to write... shed a single egg. It's an SD card, it does what it's supposed to do. Write time isn't crucial so far. I expected much better, but at the same time, it's cost is Very good Excellent Fantastic!You stick it in a camera, you stick it in a computer. It works.

In contrast to a lot of SDHC cards this one will work in a Sony PMW-EX1 / EX3 with a card adapter. That calls for firmware 1.20 for the EX1. I recognize this is a specialized application that most here won't discover valuable to them, but it operates for me so I am seriously pleased given the low cost. 32GB card works as nicely. None

Price tag Really slow card and disappointed. Was thinking to use this card to install Linux on this SD card on a Lenovo W500 laptop but dropped immediately after speed test.test # 1: copy Fedora 13 ISO, 3.2GiB, and takes about 6 minutes to total which is slow for class ten but not also negative.test # 2: copy 205 files, about 5MB every single, total size is 764 MiB. It takes fiveᛟ minutes to complete which is unacceptably slow for class 10 card (more like class 2). And it takes 1ᚷ minutes to delete them.I may get a defective card. With the tests results above, I can not advise this item. I did the similar test on a Kingston 8GiB class 6 SD card.Test ş: takes 6ᚽ minutes to copy the Fedora 13 ISO.Test Š: 1ᛠ minutes to copy 205 files, 764MiB and 13 seconds to delete them. Low cost Corrupts precious memories. Read all the evaluations and the most current ones stated that it worked for Canon t2i, this is not the case. Will be sending back as all photos have been corrupted that have been taken on this card even right after low level format. Also have 8gb model which appears to operate so far for photographs, have not tried for video.

Great value for 16gb SDHC cardMemory functions fine for most items NOT Class 10 speed for positive. GoPro cameras ask for Class four or greater for 1080p 30fps capture. The initial video recording right after powering up the camera will auto-quit immediately after only about ten seconds of recording. The second recording and all subsequent recordings, will go for as lengthy as 600-700mb of length then quit automatically. The data speed of the card is clearly not rapid sufficient. Also ran into a difficulty exactly where the GoPro would report that the card was full even though it only had about 3gb written to it. I replaced them with 16gb class6 SDHC cards from yet another well-known maker, they function fine on first recording and all recordings with no auto-stopping. Can fill the new cards on a single recording no problem.I'm confident this card will operate fine with any regular SD card application such as digital still cameras or Wii, on the other hand they are most surely not class 10 speed and apparently less than class 4 speed.I purchased Ɠ)three of these SDHC cards at the same time and all three exhibit the exact same difficulties. Great card. The value is appropriate for a high speed 16GB card. Works good in my Canon T1i (for both photo and video). Mail in rebate? Good card for the price.

Functions ok on my Pentax, quick read/write Not positive why, but the shipment to VA took ten days, and by the time I received the card apparently the rebate form was updated with new dates, so in the finish my rebate claim was rejected. Not that I'll cry more than Ű, but newegg truly dissapoints lately...

I got this for my digital camera, which also films 1080/60p AVCHD video at 24mbps. All my other cards are Class 4, which is the bare minimum for HD video.I haven't had problems with the lower class speeds, but I know that with Class 10, I don't risk losing any footage, and it makes burst picture taking even quicker.

It's memory, it works, it's expense productive (cheap), it comes with a small case. It's not the fastest out there, but you knew that currently Absolutely nothing to complain about, but absolutely nothing to really cheer about either other than price tag. Fantastic product, very good value.

Quick card, it functions excellent in my Nikon D7000 for photos and videos. I have not measured overall performance on my Computer, but the file copy from card to my laptop is fast.I have noticed other reviewers compaining, but I think they could have got a defective batch. No free of charge shipping to Canada.

Really, you can't go wrong for $14.99.While not all sdhc cards are created equal, the two Patriot cards I own have been performing great! For the price, couldn't really ask for more... except maybe inexpensive 64GB models

It is 16GB. Reading speed is ok ( and ONLY reading speed) SLOW to write. It took an hour(i feel it was far more) to unzip a 20MB file.I have a class four card that beats the writing speed of this card (CLASS ten) in Every single SINGLE category, some of them even superior two.5x by way of CrystalDiskMark. The writing speed for writing for random 4k is .009MB/s (class ten???), the sequential writing is about three.7MB/s (class 10???).Patriot thinks i'm at fault in all the e-mail i send in, which out even attempting to realize what happen, and they took about a week to reply a e mail. I'm expecting to put this suppose to be blazing quick card to do readyboost for window 7, and daily file transfer. But this is rediculous. Patriot doesn't want to replace the card, and give me a sentence that is close to "This is what occur if you don't know what you are doing" and entirely thinks that i'm incapable of testing a card.UNacceptable consumer service, and with a horrible speed card.

Price (under ฤ w/ rebate) Despite the fact that advertised as a class 10 SDHC card the read write speeds regularly drop beneath 4mb/s causing my nikon d7000 to recognize these cards as corrupt. At present in the process of RMAing for my 5th and 6th cards. Hopefully there are some that perform.

The best thing about this sdhc card is it's capacity. I also like its class 10 speed being the fastest there is at this day and time. What can I say, it's small size and portability is perfect for transporting media/data.

Rapid, reliable and a good cost. It functions nicely with my Canon T2i, and the shipping from Newegg as usual was swift. I would in all probability obtain yet another Patriot item again. Absolutely nothing really. Fairly rarely, the card has a tough time to switch from pictures to HD movies in a swift manner. It shows busy or shuts down to be restarted again.
