Transfer rates are sufficient for 720p video without having dropping a frame. I use this with a Canon G12 and it has been flawless. It wasn't cost-free.

PATRIOT 16GB SD CLASS 10
Cons:after 5 continuous Photos or more in rapid sequences (which is the main purpose for this SD) on my T2i it reads busy for about 4-5 seconds.

Pros:Seems to serve its purpose I have Taken 1080P video up to 3min with it on my Canon T2i but not enough to say if it won't bug
Comment:
I am not a beginner in photography and Used alot of Dslr's but this class 10 SDHC is my first and I am disappointed since my cheap 2GB SD kingston on My D60 I was able to take so many shots repetitively without any issues whatsoever.Obviously If I take a photo and wait and take another and wait and so on there is no issue. But that defeats the purpose of taking great shots. I love taking multiple photos of the same shot in case of little mistakes. Therefore this Card really disappoints me and makes me feel like my T2i is not even up to par with my old D60.

PATRIOT 16GB SD CLASS 10
Cons:Mail in Rebate hassle as usual with memory products

Pros:Works in my camera, cheap
Comment:
Another confirmation of working without a hitch. In my case it's a new Canon Elph 300HS. Photos show zero hesitation and high-def videos takes only a second or two to write to the card when you end recording. I've not had many SDHC cards to compare so I can't really speak to the "class 10" performance but it works fine for my needs.Got it on sale for $24 with a $10 MIR for a net of $15 (with the stamp to the states for the rebate).

The card itself is wonderful They draw you in with a ŭ rebate and then a month later say I forgot to send a copy of the packing slip, which I didn't (I know how this works) but it's not worth the hassle of playing postmaster tag with them. Fool me as soon as... Manufacturer Response:Dear DavidTag,Thank You for your valuable feedback. While we are glad the card is working for you, we regret to hear that you were getting trouble receiving your rebate. Please be conscious that our rebate is not carried out in-residence, but through a 3rd party center. Because of this it may possibly take a few weeks to check to see if every thing was processed correctly. For any further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact rebates@patriotmem.com.Sincere Regards,Patriot Memory Support

Fast, Dependable, NO ERRORS The inexpensive cost makes you wonder if this is a low-cost card so you can be skeptical. As soon as you get it you are relieved. Works wonderful. Records 1080p video from a gopro camera no issue. Also records at 720p at 60 fps without having complications. Buy this card.

Bought this to add extra storage on my old sansa e200. Using Rockbox's latest build, it works great! The read speed is very good and it is not noticeable on the player itself.

Works in my wife's D40. Does not function in FXP mode in the HF 100 despite the statement from Patriot in the review below that is does. Don't bother if you want to shoot in FXP on a Canon HF100. It The HF100's manual clearly states that class 4 cards or above will function in FXP mode, for that reason, because this card is class 10 it really should work and clearly does not. Manufacturer Response:Dear Valued Customer, We're sorry for any inconvenience this may possibly have caused you. If you are having any compatibility issues with your card that calls for further technical assistance, please don't hesitate to contact support@patriotmem.com. We will gladly look into the issue for you.Thank You for choosing Patriot! Regards, Patriot Mem

Card works nicely and is fairly quick. As others have pointed out, there is definitely problems with the rebate. I received a notice that my rebate was declined due to the fact incorrect dates. This is incorrect as I purchased the item throughout the right time. I consider buying more, but thinking about the rebate, I am hesitant.

Cons: None so far

Pros: Reliable and fast.Class 10
Comment:
Bought this for my Canon HD video camera. Works fine except that I found that the video camera only uses up to class 6 so I can't record on the highest settings. Something to watch out forI've had other uses for the SD card of which it's worked without complaint.

PATRIOT 16GB SD CLASS 10
Cons: None.

Pros: Performs as expected.
Comment:
Inexpensive and performs well in my Canon M300 camcorder, the camcorder only requires class 4 cards (max. 24mbps), so I really cannot comment on its performance as a class 10 card.

Pros: Fast transfer speeds

Using with my Sony Nex-5 camera and have recorded and erased multiple times with no formatting problems. Good read and write speeds. I wanted SanDisk or Lexar but it was too expensive so I'm hoping Patriot holds up over the coming months.

Pros: workscool looking logosafety lock

i would rank this 2 stars but i throw out my #everything works.. but not to the speed i expect.. i ran crystal mark on 2 of these cards one ended up with 12r/7w another came up with 12r/9w 12/9 i can understand.. but the other 12/7 fails.. but this is not why i have beef with this card.. the reason im writing this review is because it feels like a scam.. sure there are people reporting cards with 15 writes and such.. and im happy for them.. but for me.. i got 2 cards which wont even match my class 6 cards from patriot signature series.. it feels like i was given a name change on my cards and slapped a class 10 on the cards when they barely overtook my class 6 cards which almost ran just as fast..

PATRIOT 16GB SD CLASS 10
Cons: NOT Class 10 as advertised.

Pros: Works fine for small files only.
Comment:
Major QC issues. I feel scammed.DO NOT get this card if you plan on shooting HD SLR.On both the Canon T2i and 60D, 720p 60fps/1080p 30fps shooting will stop intermittently 5/10 times. That's because this card does NOT even meet the class 6 speed of 6 MBps spec required for shooting HD videos, even though it is labelled at class 10, 10MBps. FYI, I also have a Transcend 16GB Class 6 which works every time in the same setup. It's half the price of this. Consider getting a more reputable brand.Completely UNSATISFACTORY. I have to mark this as 3 star instead of 1 because the invoice # on my receipt is not recognized.

PATRIOT 16GB SD CLASS 10
Cons: Speed wise it is not that much different than their Class 6 series

Pros: Can't beat the price
Comment:
Have been using it for well over 2 months with my DSLR; very reliable as it have never failed on me. For paid gig I still prefer to at least be using a Lexar 133x or the Sandisk Extreme series, but for backup or personal use this card does the job well enough. Great backup card for a decent price. Despite being a class 10, speed wise it is not so different than my previous Patriot class 6 card, but for the price I can't complain

PATRIOT 16GB SD CLASS 10
Cons: Didn't bother to run any benchmarks but doesn't seem that much faster than patriot's own class 6 card

Pros: Can't beat the price
Comment:
Bought one on sale for my Canon HF100, somehow it does not allow to recording at highest setting. I later tried on a friend's latest camcorder and works fine. I guess earlier gen camcorder doesn't support class 10, so I bought the regular class 6 patriot and use this class 10 on my dslr instead.
