Simple to mount, excellent cable length on the fan and temp sensor cables, (even in a complete tower case) realtime study outs of RPM and temp for 4 devices, can be jumpered to read in Farenheit. All cables are pre labeled to stay away from confusion. None, this is a cool tiny toy!

Appears incredibly good. Display is very good combination of readability and brightness. Really simple to install. One particular of the ideal looking units on the market place. Effectively, to begin with, it just isn't made for even slightly larger current fans. It functioned perfectly for about a week, then rpm show on channel three (.60 amp fan) went out. Immediately after a month the fan on channel a single is no longer adjustable (bad resistor, possibly?). I have 3 UltraKaze 3K's on channels 1-three, and a corsair 140mm on channel four. I'm merely going to rma for a sunbeam. If you look at the building of the sunbeam, they have actual heatsinks. The Scythe unit got pretty warm with fans hooked up, and would definately advantage from a heavier duty build. All in all, it is a incredibly appealing unit, but unless you are operating relatively weak ࿜cfm and beneath) fans, I cannot advise.

This device does exactly what it says it does. It is beautifully created, and quite sturdy. The LCD screen is incredibly sharp seeking, and not as well bright. The Temperature Probes are extremely accurate (compared to bios readings). The controller part is also extremely properly produced. 1 can handle the fans from rpm to wide open. None. This device does exactly what it is advertised to do. If you require a fan controller, and want to truly know what is going on temperature wise inside your case, this is the very best way to commit 36 bucks.

Absolutely pleased with the unit... does what I that it was going to do.Straightforward to read and use display. Nice and bright but not too bright. Read out for rpm appears fairly dead on. Really straightforward to install and use. Fit in the 5.25 bay perfectly. All this are what I currently knew going in: display tough to see at angle, smooth knobs, placement of connectors on back of unit isn't good, tape for probes is a joke. Honestly, this is my initially FC, but I got what I expected. No major flash, just works. Installed my HAF 932. Mostly got it to handle fans on rad for water cooling system.

I bought this back in Could 2010 from newegg. It does its function for what its worth. Basic ,sophisticated design. The very first issue that happened was that one particular of the thermal sensors died, so I had to swap it out with 1 of the extras they give you. This is a pain in the behind for me due to the fact I had to take each panels off, unscrew a bunch of covers to access the controller for this. Used the opportunity to dust tho, so its ok. The second and "last straw" dilemma occurred just this previous week. Fan controller knob two only functions if I turn it all the way up and feed the fan complete energy.... unacceptable. I dont want to listen to the whiny small fan at full speed. Thats why I bought this controller... to preserve its mouth shut. I swapped cables, no worky. I opened the controller up, took the plate and screen off and dusted out the knob mech(which for some reason in fact collects a TON of dust despite being sealed up. You would feel this would be air tight since dust causes overheating... which leads to.... ??? thats ideal, failure. I'm struggling with weather or not to just obtain yet another one... Its not terribly expensive... but I don't feel like obtaining an additional a single and getting it fail on my yet again. I'll possibly look elsewhere. I did like this design although.

It's a fan controller. four controllers are great. Temperature sensors are somewhat beneficial. Fan controller š died after just over 3 months. It was controlling fan three of three on the radiator for my water cooling method. I would suggest this controller if the price tag of the controller equated to the excellent. If it had been 25 bucks -- it'd be a score.

Fan handle functions great. Additional Temp sensors and fan control connectors. Tape supplied isn't that great, could be a touch longer. Plug ins for the fan connectors is a bit hard to plug into the board and the temp sensors could benefit from the similar style connectors. All round a great item and I would purchase again. They could put a space for labels on the front so you can know what you're looking at with a swift glance.

I wrote a review earlier currently that was not so good. I have to take it all back. Sometimes I amaze myself about how unobservant I can be at my old age. I was questioning what the objective of the orange led's have been on the panel. Turns out there are no orange led's. It was a reflection off of a orange led on a USB stick plugged into the personal computer and I was too dense to recognize it was reflecting off of the silver logo and trim on the fan controller. Me (the moron)! The manual nonetheless could be a little clearer but it is adequate to get it going. It works fantastic. I nonetheless wonder a bit about the 165 degrees F alarm trigger. Seems a tiny higher.

*Very great display and general clean appearance*Easy to handle RPM with knobs, feels great!*Accurate RPM monitor (compared to BIOS readings before set up and fan Spec's)*Ability to monitor temp*Fan and temp extensions are long sufficient for total size case*Can opt for between F and C for temp*Alarm function for stalled fans AND it can be disabled *You ought to use the extensions for plugging in fans; you cannot just plug into the controller, even if the cords reach. Tends to make for a lot much more clutter.*Temp is fairly inaccurate... but it does provide a excellent ball park temp for distinct locations of the case.*There is a 2mm gap amongst the bottom of the controller and my Antec 300 case when I make it flush with the DVD above it. Wouldn't be noticable if my fans beneath it had been not lit. Sufficient that it would let dust in if you were super worried about it. Fixed with a thin strip of foam.*A small bit pricey, but considerably much better high quality then the ~ษ competition I am controlling 3x 120mm and 1x 140mm fans. All round, I am pleased with its looks AND its efficiency, something the two other controllers I've utilized have not acheived. If you want a fan controller, this is the greatest bang for the buck I've identified, superior then the touch controller I had, but thats due to the fact I favor the knobs; faster and simpler to control.I taped one particular of the temp probes to the heatpipe on my video card, lets me know when to turn up the 120 fan that blows on the side and thats when the temp comes in extremely handy. Of the other 3 probes, ones in amongst my RAM (reads ~ 4C low), on the side of the Radiator of my Corsair H50 cooler (typically lower then case ambient temp but not certain how correct) and on in the bottom of my case as a control.

looks good When I initially installed it, the Ţ fan output didn't function. Right after about an hour the ş fan stopped operating. This morning all the temperature readouts say 25C. This thing might look good, but it's completely worthless. What in the planet is "precious aluminum"?

Brand, finish, knobs don't feel low cost, you can see the display from any angle...temp probes are precise, makes my ANT3C 300 appear sharp... None whatsoever... Not certain what all the undesirable critiques are about, I have purchased 3 of these due to the fact they came out and not 1 complaint...

Classy look. Brushed black finish not just shiny black. Incredibly uncomplicated to read display. Mine is mounted half way down the situation, which sits on the floor and I can nonetheless just look down from my chair an read the display. Temps are pretty accurate. It's exactly where you mount your sensors. RPM display appears to bounce up and down just a tiny. I shut off the annoying alarm function. Alot of folks are saying these are hard to mount in the fast connect style circumstances. If you appear closely. Most of these circumstances also have screw holes accessible. In my Coolermaster HAF932, if you look by means of the holes on every finish of these fast connects, you'll see that you can place little screws via them and secure the controller that way. Mine is in the situation good and tight.

Installed this fan controler into an NXZT Rogue Situation and it is controling 4 Cooler Master R4-L2R-20CR-GP 120mm Red Led Fans. I was capable to speed up and down the fans with no any concerns. When a Fan goes out it does give an audible alarm and flashes the display showing which fan stopped responding. The Tempture probes seem correct. All the cables that come with the kit are neatly packaged and connect securely to the controler. The connections that attach from the controler to the fans are 3pin, worked will with the Cooler Master fans mainly because individuals have been 3pin by default with 4 pin adaptors. The only purpose for a four egg was mainly because (and it could be the NXZT Rogue situation) but the side rails that the controler has had been a bit wider than the height of the five.25" bay. So they needed to be trimed down abit for it to slide into the bay. When spinning down all 4 fans at about 1000rpm fan three stopped spinning, when moved fan three back up to about 1200rpm it began ideal back up. Not confident if it was the controler or the fan itself (i didnt test it by attaching manage three to a different fan in the case) with with all four fans set at 1230rpm i could not make out the fan noise.

Pros:This product is great and easy to set up

Great product, looks good in the case and doesn't make fans create  a noise unlike some other brands that are for less money. Would buy it again.- has 4 temp sensors and 4 fan controls. also has a speaker if one of the fans that is connected to it fails, it will alarm you and wake u upThis can be disabled by turning off the Fan. Also, Temp can be measured in C or F depending what you like.

very good handle of fan speed and temp. looks fantastic in situation Not a high top quality product. use it to quieten down my gaming machine while my wife operates in household office. Fan control four is stuck at max speed at all times and can not be turned down or off. invoiced 7ቩብ broke 8ተብ. I can hear the fans pulse in speed dropping about 100 to 500 rpm's then gaining it back. If you want something neat that will not be adjusted often, then this is it, if you want anything that you can adjust as soon as a day and not worry about get a thing else.
