TP-LINK TL-WN722N USB 2.0 High Gain Wireless Adapter
Comment:
I have tried a lot of distinct goods for my WiFi in my residence. Most have not accomplished well with signal excellent. This item on the other hand does extremely well. Finest so far. 150 M connection rate all the time. Has yet to drop connection. Kinda big but works exactly where I have it. Included drivers will only function for me if I use Win Xp to run the device. But it works superior so I don't care.

TP-LINK TL-WN722N USB 2.0 High Gain Wireless Adapter
Cons:BIG!

Pros:Not to expensive (PM'ed it)Very good ratingsExternal with antennaBasically the same speed when using cable when 10m away
Comment:
This is a great product. Though it is big and can not be used with other usbs when plugged in, it comes with a usb extension cable so you it can be placed in a more convenient location. The antenna is also removable so a bigger antenna can be installed for farther range. The green light that indicates whether it is functional is also a nice touch. Installation was also very easy; it took less than 5 minutes. A great solution if you're on the go or just need it for use at home.

Works out of box with Ubuntu and couple of other Linux distros (Fusion, Korrara, and Kannoix). Also works great with Windows. Speed is pretty good and the signal is superb. Low-cost. Not supported by all Linux distros.

Price.I plugged it in, configured very easily, and it identified three far more networks in my neighborhood than even my new T0$hiba laptop. Works like a champ. Type of huge and obnoxious. Using in a laptop, you have to be cautious how you position it so you don't rip it out of its household.

TP-LINK TL-WN722N USB 2.0 High Gain Wireless Adapter
Cons:Bulky

Pros:Very strong signal (high gain)Transfers almost twice as fast as its competitorsSuper fast installationInexpensive
Comment:
This device performs abnormally well! Transfer speeds are almost twice as fast as its 802.11N D-Link equivalent and I got 80% signal strength at 50ft distance, 3 rooms across... and 2 floors down!! Might be a bit larger than other USB wireless adapters. Comes with no bogus software and installation takes 20 seconds tops. I can hardly believe how good this product is!

TP-LINK TL-WN722N USB 2.0 High Gain Wireless Adapter
Cons:Size of Adapter

Pros:Price, Antenna, USB Quickness
Comment:
Gave this to a friend as he had issues with connectivity. Issue are resolved and even has a stronger signal now. Speed is good as are pings in games. The only thing is that the adapter is large but that is normal because this is a normal sized adapter so this is excused. The antenna helped him gain 1 bar of strength so that is good. Also there was a USB cable included so you can plug this in instead of having it sticking out of a USB port to be broke if hit. All in all...perfect!

TP-LINK TL-WN722N USB 2.0 High Gain Wireless Adapter
Comment:
Was straightforward to install on my Vista machine, and started working appropriate out of the box. Excellent range and speed compared to my older adapter. Somewhat bulky, strategy to have the port you are working with at least three-4 inches away from the wall/desk to get this puppy to fit in there.

TP-LINK TL-WN722N USB 2.0 High Gain Wireless Adapter
Comment:
Working good, five bars from the router downstairs on the opposite side of the home. Excellent speed. Wireless b/g/n(like the n part). Due to it being compatible with n it's affordable. The reality that the organization has Windows 7 compatible on the box when newegg doesn't say it is. I played along and attempted to use it on Win 7. Didn't work, even with up-to-date drivers. This could explain some of the 1 or two egg ratings,if not all. Honestly although it's 1 factor for newegg to point out a item of yours doesn't function on an OS(Win7 isn't in the OS compatible list), another when you put a label on your product's box saying it works on an OS when it doesn't. Given that I liked Win XP, and it doesn't suck up as a lot RAM as Win 7. I went back to XP, and the Adapter worked. Seriously though, to every person who gave this product a two or lower egg I hope you didn't buy it thinking it worked with a Win 7 OS. If newegg isn't going to back the company and put Win 7 compatiblilty in the OS compatibility list, then newegg knows it isn't compatible.I could be wrong, perhaps 32-bit version Win 7 is compatible(I have 64-bit...). However, wouldn't newegg at least have Win7 32-bit OS in the OS compatiblity list?

Comment:
Extremely straightforward setup. Comes with a USB extension cable. None but. I don't have a wireless N router, so I can't comment on how properly this works with an N network, but it works terrific with my G router, and I like knowing that I won't have to replace my wireless adapter when I finally upgrade my router.

Cons:None so far

Pros:Easy to install and works great
Comment:
I bought this for 14$, I needed wireless for my new computer since the router is far downstairs. I get 4 bars on my desktop with this, and my G74JH laptop next to me only gets 3 bars with its wireless card. In means this thing is better than some laptop's wireless :)

Pros:So easy to install or carry around. Great range. It's also quite good looking.

TP-LINK TL-WN722N USB 2.0 High Gain Wireless Adapter
Comment:
Atheros chipset. Works as advertised. QSS feature is nice. RP-SMA detachable antenna makes it incredibly uncomplicated to replace. Incredibly quick, can simply get 10-16MB/s on it. Certainly worth the price. TP-Link doesn't offer a stand for it separately. It only comes with the card, which newegg doesn't offer you. You have to have a high-speed wireless access point that supports N. You can still use it internally if your ISP doesn't support 150Mbps ྲMB/s) speeds.
