These is a great little expensive cooler for replacing the cheap little heatsink/fan assemblies from the mobo makers that fail in no time.I've used it on two boards now, and my only real complaint is that assembling the tiny mounting hardware and positioning it on the board is a bit finicky. Also make sure that this heatsink would not block the PCI-E slot when installed on your board.

I bought this for the northbridge of the Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H, but I ended up using it on the southbridge because my motherboard was the rev 1.1 (with the newer northbridge cooler). It works well, cools well and looks pretty good. For the price, you can't go wrong. It has good value. Installation can be a bit annoying if you have large hands because of the small screws and nuts, but it's all about technique.
