ASUS P5N-D ATX Intel Motherboard

I updated my pc. Very satisfied the the performance. No problems, although I did have to re-install my OS. Very satisfied.

I bought two for rebuilds. These were th 9 & 10th rebuilds I did. I love the ASUS boards because of the jumperless BIOS set up. I am not a gamer, or I would have gone with a board capable of the Core i7 processor. I need workhorse computers that run typical Office programs and capable of top AV production. The Slot 775 is more than adequate. The processors and Ram wnet in easily and everything was recognized. My main requirements were to upgrade to 64 bit systems with at least 4 SATA controllers and 2 PCI express video card slots. This filled the bill at a great price. The board is solid as a rock, and ASUS really provides thorough Instructions. One of the hardest things is setting up a new MB is getting the fron panel connectors in. The ASUS Q-connector makes it a breeze. Great Board.

Bought this about a month ago. The only complaint a really have to say about it is that the 2 PCI-e slots are so close to each other, if you put in one of those big graphics cards, they're so close that they can overheat each other fairly easily. Other than that decent board.

bought for my first ground-up build. Great board! I don't have a second GPU installed, but from the looks of things, my Asus EAH4350 Silent LP gpu would have trouble by bumping the next PCI-E card down.

Bought a xfx, would not work, sent it back with no problems, although it did cost $10 to send it back . Replaced it with this one and it worked fine.

If you're building a Socket 775 system you can't go wrong with this board. Feature rich, SLI capable, nice arrangement of slots and performs like a champ!

Got this mobo to repace what i thought was a blown one, but found out it was the video card. but i'm still glad i got this mobo. very fast and responcive. overclocked from 3.0 to 3.6 and is still staying cool. the only downside are the programs. one of the disks with extra features does not support windows vista or 7. and the ones downloaded from asus website for audio, still won't let me turn on the front jack for the mic, but did for the audio. other than that, this board is great.

I haven't put it thtough the gaming test yet, but for now it works great. Easy build, fired up with no surprises. Unlike an 2 XFX boards that I couldn't get to post.

If you have some old memory laying around, this board is a perfect fit & it supports new CPUs. I use it with a E6600 3.06 processor and it works great. You don't find many boards that come with optical ports. For my needs I have absolutely no complaints.

added 2 sli gt9800 video cards and 800 watt power supply with 4 G ram entire system shuts down when running 3D graphics games or when muliple windows are open shut downs getting more frequent. very intense heat comming from northbride and graphics cards. i have to power down and reboot

This is a good motherboard went right in and fired right up first time. I have a e8400 dual core cpu on it with a coolmaster cooler and it is fast. It has alot of extra features, like a program to monitor the system voltages and all of the fan speeds and temps. I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

This is a great motherboard, and it comes with lots of accessories and cables, etc. I am very happy with this board, and it installed very quickly and easily, and worked with no issues.

bought the motherboard bundled with a 3.0 dual processor, the machine is fast, responsive, and I love the product. Updated from a 2.8 dual didn't expect a big speed increase. The machine handles everything more efficiently and quickly than my old machine. Worth Every Penny!!

This product are very high class full loaded with more extras and universal compatibility and support for latest CPU. I'm very glad to have and my new build runs like a racket speedy and stable. All games npw turns with wonderfull fast and stable graphic and open a new pleasure Gamers Field! The money are worth in any penny! I'm surprise to read others complains. At current I doesn't have any complain and wish it will stay like that. Remember, you need atleast use an high power supply otherwise the generate heat may eat your CPU and sorten delicate sensitive hardware. Beside use atleast as many as possible extra Cooling Fan (with CFM-45 or more at 1600RPM) or more and the build-in Controller will keep your system on the Saved side. Will recommend to all the Newbies as well as for the Experts.. when you try you never feels sorry!

I am very pleased with the performance of this motherboard..had to reinstall windows but thats usually the case when you have a new motherboard....overall great buy for a replacement.

I was disappointed with this board - tried to SLI a pair of 250gt's, when I plugged them both in, the default drivers borked my raid setup. This is a well documented problem on AS US's site.

I have now bought and installed 22 of these boards in PC's, I have built, with no problems! They have performed flawlessly. I would have liked to have seen it have a few more features but you get what you are willing to pay for!

This is my second board my first one worked for nearly 3 yrs then bam the dreaded no signal thing and replaced it. Bought the P5N-D last week put my old p4 775 in there and no signal. I said not again.... and bought a new cpu. Installed it and it worked for 2 days then got the no signal thing. This will probably be my last purchase of this particular brand. Becareful!!!!!!!

Very nice motherboard. I'm using a Q8200 Quad Core 2.33 Ghz, over clocked to 3.0 Gh with 4Gb of Ram. 9500 series Nvidia graphics card. Runs extremely stable and fast. great board

Excellant MB only draw back is there are not enough SATA connections on board but for the price you can't beat it. Also got it in combo deal with a Ultra LSP750 psu for $104 your company has the best deals on good equipment!

I like to be able to play the newest games and this motherboard is great with the two PCI-e slots and SLI-ready! It's 775, so you can install up to quad core. I like the padded port faceplate. I like the mini fan that hooks on to the northbridge heatsink for when your cpu fan doesn't blow airflow through it.

Motherboard was ready out of the box. Overclocked my Q8300 processor to 2.88GHz without any issues. An excellent board for it's mid-range value and high-end performance.
