Drivers on the CD not supported by the operating system which is new, however, the operating system supplied one that works well, and there are updates for it. The overclocking tool did install ok. Unfortunately, the power management tool for my particular motherboard did not recognize the card to manage the fan speed possibly because this is older DDR2 video memory. A lot of the reviews say the fan is a little noisy so you have to oil the spindle. But at around $70 per card, who cares. If you are not into spending $400 or more for a high end card and just want a little bit better performance, and only have an older monitor then this is the best buy.

I have 3 pc's a Dell, Vaio, and E-Machine, this card only works on the emachine(I bought it for the Vaio) dame thing! I install the drivers with the card's cd and each time after I restart the pc's all I get on my screen is (not compatible with this signal)on the Dell and Vaio, Now it could that I jest dont know what the hell I'm doing and thats why I'm getting that message. I was going to send it back but I was sick for a week and then I did eventually get to work on the Emachine so I decided to keep it.

Bought this card for new build and is working great. I'm not a gamer but it streams video and multiple displays with ease. Easy to install, also like the built in cooling fan.

Bought his card to replace an 8600GT with a failing fan. This card is QUICK! After a driver reload this card really started to flex it's stuff. Great card at a great price!

Great product - just plugged it in and it worked. Loaded the drivers anyway just to be safe. Wish it support DirectX11 - but still can't beat it for the price.

Great card!! Bought this replace my 8600 GT which burned out after three years of use. This was a great upgrade. I play Dragon Age Origins on the Highest level flawlessly.

Built new system p5n-5,dual core 2.66,4 gig ram,and this video card. System refused too boot got four beep code for video failure. Went bought another card pny geforce 9500 gt for alot more and it worked great. Moral of story cheap isn't always better

I just built my son a dual boot system with Windows XP and Ubuntu 9.04 and used this video card. This card works great with both systems with no problems at all. Ubuntu automatically detected the video card and installed the correct driver. A big step up from the onboard video!

I needed a new graphic's card for my desktop computer. I looked around and compared for a bit. I've only ever used NVIDIA so that's where I looked first. I had never upgraded a video card before so I had my father help me choose what would work with my computer. I only have a 375W power supply (I didn't even know that was important until he told me) and this looked to be the best for what I had to work with. I love the graphics. My games no longer lag. My loading time is faster. Things have such extraordinary detail that I never even realized what I was missing, but it's like a whole new world has appeared. I highly recommend this card. Easy to install. I started with windows xp but a week after I got the new card, I put windows 7 on my computer and it was smooth sailing. Two thumbs up!

Not much more to say than the headline. Very good performance for the money. Looking forward to getting a second one to run SLI. Serious improvement over my old FX5600. Very happy with this card.

I significantly improved performance on my e-Machine running Vista over the onboard video chips. Many graphic functions normally requiring software rendering have switched to this hardware. Speed has significantly improved. Installation was very easy and straightforwarded. The only minor annoyance was it took over an hour to complete installation.

This card obviously isn't the best thing you can get, but for the price it kind of is. Right now I only have one in my computer and i can run most of the games on high settings, once I get a second one I am guessing I should be able to run everything on max. Amazing card for the price, you should definitely buy it, you'll have no regrets.

I read the reviews before purchasing this card and knew ahead of time that there are issues with the fans being noisy. Mine started to squeak after 3 weeks but no big deal. The fans just get dried out. Simple solution, just remove the card and put 2 drops of sewing machine oil on the bearing and your done. If you do this before installation that's even better. Overall a great card at a great price. Lived up to expectation. Great graphics, easy install. Drivers for windows 7 weren't on the disc but are available from their website. Highly recommended.

I would give 5 if it came with Windows 7 driver. Wouldn't allow my system to start. Had to put old card back in, go to website and download (don't forget to save) driver. Put new card back in, start in Windows Safe Mode. Install driver, restart, works great!

I had previously an ATI video card of 256MB, so I decided to bust my PC to use it with FSX. With the FSX Flight Simulator the colors and performance are amazingly vivids, no problems at all which is what I was looking for. However, You expect to have a slightly blurry screen during your normal day-to-day use after install this nVidia cards. I did not know about it until started asking for technical advice. nVidia will NOT help you on it. They claim it is not their poblem, even that are thousands of complaints on the web AFTER we all changed from ATI to nVidia. So be prepared to see your screen slightly blurry. I have Windows XP Home Edition SP3.

Bought this card to replace an XFX card that died only to have this fan start screaming on the 21st day... Some days you win, some days you don't even get to play....

This was my first video card purchase. Had an integrated Nvidea 6150. This card was easy to install and plays every game I have on high settings with no problems. For the money you can't go wrong with this card.
