EVGA GeForce 9500 GT 01G-P3-N959-TR Video Card
Cons: Fan speed control - this card would be so much better if it allowed manual fan speed control.

Pros: Low profile - fits nicely in my HP Pavilion Elite 9505f.Fairly quiet - about what I'd expect for a card which has only automatic fan speed control.
Comment:
Bought this to replace an MSI Geforce 9500GS whose fan had died. The card which was being replaced was itself a replacement (google "HP MSI 9500GS RECALL").Installation went smoothly, driver install likewise. I was a bit disappointed to find that, due to the use of a 2-wire fan, the fan speed cannot be controlled using EVGA Precision, but if I remove a couple of unused cards from my machine I can fit a VGA slot cooler to help supply extra airflow to the card.

Best Ever for the money
Comment:
This card is the greatest value. Fixed video problems with using web based sites. Before hand games and system froze. Added this video card and issues solved. Streaming video plays smoother and faster. Games online are more clear and faster. Can't go wrong with this card..a must!

Great Video Card
Comment:
My old video card (GEForce 8600 512Mb) was running hotter than normal when playing games. I installed two(2) GeForce 9500 GT cards, taking advantage of the SLI feature (using the SLI bridge supplied with my ASUS motherboard)and not only are my cards running cooler, but faster with a much quicker recovery rate. I strongly recommend this product.

Video - NON Gamer
Comment:
If you are looking for a good value-good reliable video card this is it. However this is not a card for those Video Gamers. The card is for the normal user who broweses the net and alike. Gamers will find the response time of this card to be a bit slow.

Decent for the money
Comment:
For the price, this performs rather well. Keep in mind this is an economy card and will not be well suited for intense gaming.

Excellent Purchase!
Comment:
I was a bit skeptical of the low price but after researching the model, it seemed worth a try. Well I got it and plugged it into my new beast of a comp, which only had a on-board gfx card which sucked. Now I have dual screen and had no problem running Steam Games like TF2 and all of my graphics programs. Well with the purchase!!!

Why would you settle for anything less?
Comment:
This graphics card is well worth the installation. I'm retired, but still enjoy FSX and Wings of Prey. I built my computer with all the good stuff, including two of these EVGA cards. One thing I want to mention is I play CFS 2 and 3. I can crank up the graphics to the max, and really enjoy blowing up the foe. These cards are worth their weight in graphics.

Great graphics card for the price!
Comment:
I bought this card to replace my Ati Radeon hd 3300 integrated that was on my computer. Its a great card for the price. All i do is play games. Runs wow with graphics turned to medium at around 40-60 fps in 25 man raids. If i turn them down i can get over 100. I never installed a graphics card before but it was easy to do only took 5 minutes to do. I'm Currently playing the Starcraft2 beta and runs fast with Medium graphics .

Failed to perform to my expectations
Comment:
I upgraded from a 7600 256mb and I was very disappointed with the 9500 1gb. Some games played well but NFS Undercover did not play much better than with the old card. It did a lot of pausing and didn't seem to be able to keep up with the games graphics. I returned the 9500. I do have to say returning the card and getting my money back was done very quickly. I will by from TG Direct again.

Good deal
Comment:
This product was worth the value but unfortunatly I for some reason did not get the rebate. It was worth the price though as my old 7300gs was giving me a fit. I play WOW and empire total war and usually have decent frame rates between 30-40 except for the occasional slow down. In ICC i get a frame rate of 15-25 fps depending on the activity. It is a decent card, and a pretty good budget deal.

Good Card with Annoyances
Comment:
Card is functionally a very good buy as far as video goes, however there are some annoyances. The card emits a whine, (not loud) that internet chatter says comes from power starvation. Some 9500 cards appearently have a connector for additional power but the EVGA does not. Have to live with the whine that changes with the display. Drivers are out of date, must download W7 drivers. Documentation is inadequate. There are pin headers and a connector that no amount of research can identify.

Awesome product easily detected but when running windows 7, you may need to go on their webpage to download the appropriate driver, the one on the Cd is outdated, very sharp picture, awesome gaming and all HD stuff!

Great card for the price
Comment:
I bought this card to run iRacing in my new gaming build. Although it can't run max graphics, it comes pretty close. Can't ask for much more for the price. Set up was very easy. It runs Windows 7 64 bit fantastic.
