This is a great upper middle video card. Installed ona Dell demension. Works fine at max resolution for most games. Real intensive games may require a step down but still it does a nice job. My son is happy with the quality and I happy with the price and great service. Definetly a step up from the OEM board.

This is a great card. it comes with 1GB of ram built in so it doesn't use your mother boards ram. Good graphics and is even better with a 1080p monitor.

I'm using this card in a Centos 5 and ubuntu Karmic install. Easy to install and works great, with all compiz features turn on.

I am fully satisfied. I did have some difficulty istalling the drivers on Windows 7, but I realized I had to install the drivers for the copressor on the motherboard first, then it worked fine.

Used it to play css and world of warcraft. runs great for both and manyother games. plays crysis on medium settings. amazing for the price. id recomend it

Bought two of these, they work great running two monitors. The only thing I didn't realize is that you can't run SLI when you are using two monitors, but you just shut one down and activate it. Real easy software interface and awesome customer support!

Replaced a geforce 6400, rebooted and the 9500 worked, much faster.

super fast, good card. Can play any game ( call of duty, red faction, ect) at full resolution, max settings, no jerky screens, no delays. Would definately buy again

Incredible card for the price. I can run Oblivion on nearly full graphics smoothly. The EVGA Precision overclocking tool is wonderful. Lets me check the running temp and everything. Installation was almost too easy. The S-vid out lets me play on a big TV. And the Dual-DVI keeps me ready for newer monitors. Highly recommend!

It might be my computer but now when I play online I lag up when I die sometimes and the screen freezes and it takes a long time to camp out and to switch screens. I'm running a 2.4 processor and no additional power for the card so that may the problem. As far as performance, it is really smooth with an FPS of 60 on average on low,medium settings. Details are very fluid with things like waving flags and flames and shadows and ripples in the water, etc. At only 60-70 dollars, it is a STEAL!

My old video card died on me and I needed a new one fast and for a good price. I work from home and not be without a card to get on SL. This card was perfect and the price was right. Runs Second Life on high settings with an ave of 30 FPS across many regions. The fan is quiet and has worked flawlessly since install. Good bang for the buck.

I am running 64bit OS with 4Gb memory and 300 watt PSU. I had previously been unable to complete some renders in 3D and graphics software. With my new 9500 video card, the 3D renders work great and my other graphics functions have sped up nicely. The installation was my first - went easily with both hardware and software install. I recommend this card to folks who need a boost in CAD, photo, and 3D processing, but who don't need to spend huge money on 240 processors. I also liked this card because it has a low power requirement - I am running it on 300 watt PSU and it seems to work fine; no need to upgrade my PSU at this time.

I upgraded (or replace, not really upgrade) from a broken XFX 8600GT 256MB DDR3 to the 9500GT. For the price I'm very pleased, the 8600GT at the time was priced at 150$. Unfortunately, the core clock is slower than the 8600GT and does not perform much better because of its DDR2 feature. I often play Company of Heroes, this can play everything maximum however with an FPS of 10-15 (and can go under 9 which is unplayable). Do not buy this card if you are going to play anything else that requires more than what CoH requires. Works great with Source games.

I purchased this card so I could play games on my HP with ease. My rating was a 3.0 before installing the card and a 4.8 after. Easy to install and no issues with the drivers. Also it is very quiet too.

i got the card and updated my psu to run it but now i see that if i went to the store for this card and spent $30.00 more i would have got a digital card and this one is not

I got 2 of these for SLI and, Physx. All older games run with great performance, and most modern games, like Crysis Maximum Edition run just fine using medium settings, same goes for RE5 benchmark, they start to drop framerates and video sync on high settings. I tested with WinXP pro and directX 9.0C, as i don't have the resource hog vista, to test DirectX 10 with, but i am sure it will do just fine. If don't want your powerbills sky high and, want SLI these cards might just do the trick, but make sure to run a good 500watt PSU to be on the safe side.
