Really clear detailed picture. Very good light sensitivity from subtle to full light maintained a fantastic picture & contrast. Excellent depth, detail remains clear to the posters on the wall behind me. Plays well on Linux, had no complications whatsoever working with Cheese w/ it. Worked nicely w/ Cheese effects. Moderate to quickly motions will blur some, but that's a internet cam for you. I have seen far worse w/ a lot less definition. In all a good purchase, specially now thats its on sale. I felt it was the very best obtain I could make for 70$, anywhere. Its been stated just before, NEWEGG ROCKS!!!

This must be my 4th and last webcam for a even though.Had a different brand webcam this year.. it was pretty superior, but skype didn't recognize it becoming HD, and the clip was not that great soo i decided to try a Microsoft high-finish cam a couple of weeks ago... low light was horrible, and autofocus was horiffic. -RMA!I plugged in this camera, did not place in the CD, let Win7 x64 update it.. worked in much less than a minute, crystal clear, rapidly autofocus camera. Good mic.A dream come accurate. It just worked! Only one tiny con... You have to place this camera in extremely middle of your monitor or desk, as opposed to on a corner of your monitor or desk. It does not have a swivel head so you're stuck with the straight on mug shot, at least it's a straight on Really CLEAR mug shot that is ;)Also, looks like Logitech has an update for their computer software as of eightታቦ... I was afraid of all reviews about complications BSOD and reformatting O/S. with logitechs computer software cd, so i backed up my technique and saw that there was a pretty new release of their software program, so i downloaded the complete package.. and certain enough everything performs fine :)Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Incredibly good webcam. Operates seriously nicely with Skype. I knew a couple of other people who had this model and it came suggested. The optics do make a distinction from your ~ฮ webcams. none, in particular for the price. Exceptional cost and service from Newegg. You can get an ok webcam for ฮish but the top quality is not as excellent (but acceptable).

This camera renders an exceptional image, esp. in low light. Unfortunately, even so, I couldn't get it to work on my Gigabyte GA-MA78GPM mobo.... a true nightmare. Ended up putting on one more pc with the GA-MA785 mobo and it operates!! Rebate inside 4-five weeks. Nightmare setting up on 1st mobo, tried calling Logitech tech support and that was weak, but seriously, it wasn't there fault. For some reason, it wouldn't function with the older mobo, and think me, I tried almost everything...what a waste of time. For ฤ, it's hard to beat this camera, just wish I didn't have the issues with that mobo!!

Works as expected and proper out of the box on a mac. Purchased this to combine the camera with the microphone. Was worried that the mic would not be so great, but the quality is outstanding. None except perhaps the mount bracket is a tiny strange, but it functions.

-Light software program so your laptop or computer won't have all kinds of added garbage hiding on it from ads. -Really effortless to use and navigate appropriate away.-The 720p video capture is very sharp.
