Fantastic clarity on this camera. As mentioned by others we have had good feedback on our video conferencing. Fixing on top of Sony LCD TV is a bit tricky as it has to balance and does get knocked off sometimes. All in all we are very pleased with this product.

Friends I converse with on always remark about the clarity of the video image from our webcam. No one has yet complained about sound quality problems. The camera sits nicely on my monitor. I'd suggest the manufacturer to slightly increase the cord length and include a detachable foot. Great product.

I recently bought a Logitech Pro 9000. The camera is very good! The microphone is also good. The mounting design is poor. I have a Viewsonic LCD flat panel monitor. Placeing the Logitech Pro 9000 on the top frame is really a balancing act. It could have easily been much better designed to make the Pro 9000 a total winner.

Before purchasing this webcam I did a fair bit of research and settled on this one because it had received nothing but positive reviews. It is very impressive and I have no complaints about it. Picture and sound are very clear. If anything it probably has more features than the average user needs.

All the reviews are truthful. Everyone I've used it with has commented on the bright clear picture and sound quality. I have only used the extra features like taking still pictures on it a few times, but going to try those out more later. Good quality, easy to install. Use it on MSN messenger all the time. NO problems with them. Highly recommend.

I bought this webcam for my desktop work machine for net meetings and other business purposes. I have a built in webcam on my personal laptop and my daughter has an ''el Cheepo'' she uses with her laptop. They are very good and okay. The Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 is head and shoulders above them. I'm very pleased with both the webcam and the software that comes with it. A bit expensive, but worth the extra.

I bought the camera in the hopes that it would take moderate effort to make it work. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it worked perfectly without any intervention on my side. Admittedly I use it with Skype only, but that was my goal. It is definitely worth the little extra you pay for HQ. The microphone works very well, too.

i bought this based on the excellent feedback here, in fact I got two. only to find out there were so many issues with the vid software that others were also having. tech support seem to have a hard time solving it, and we are their guinea pigs. ended up abandoning their software and used MSN and it works.

I bought this camera for my wife while on the road. It was easy to install and the the quality of the conference is great. An easy way to keep in touch while being a road warrior.

This is the third webcam I tried. The other two were returned because they just plain stunk and one was comperably priced. Excellent picture quality, excellent controls. Every video call we make gets positive comments from the other party on the quality of the video. Definately recommend it.

The grandma and grandson can operate this video calling features with equal ease. Installs beautifully. The only drawback is that it tries to mail video with Outlook rather than Yahoo which I haven't figured out yet.

Esay to connect, transmission of picture and audio is superior to the transmission we recieve from 'built-in' computer cameras. Having a camera separate from the computer is more convenient than passing around the laptop. Special video effects are fun to play with. Works well with Windows XP and high speed internet. Takes adequate pictures too. Shipped in good time, excellent package protection.

The Logitech Pro 9000 web camera is an excellent product. It's simple to set up and easy to use. The picture quality is very good (far better than three other cameras that I've used), the sound quality is equally as good, and the additional features are useful as well.

My son told me that this product worked well and that I would be able to set it up by myself. This is a good product. The camera is good and the microphone is excellent.

Out of the box and running in 15 minutes, Even my wife saw the difference and was able to access the features. Even if the product went south, it deserves to use the name pro.
