OCZ Freeze Extreme Thermal Compound 3 Gram Tube

I've used a single tube on multiple thermal projects. The packaging makes it mess free and store well. I recommend this for anything from passive to liquid cooling applications as I've used it for both.

Probably has the best price/performance, small tube but might have enough in the tube for 2-3 heatsinks :).

This paste works great, just put a little rice peice size in the center of your cpu and you are good to go!

This is definitely a 5-star product. Just as good or even better than MX-2 and it is by OCZ. I had no problems whatsoever applying the rice grain amount of paste onto my processor and then squeezing the heatsink tightly onto it.I definitely recommend this thermal paste.(I bought two, just in case :D)

Temperature a couple of degrees lower. Has more than enough for two CPUs.

I replaced the stock compound found on the Corsair H50 with the OCZ freeze. Didn't perform any miracles, but did give me more than a few degrees difference. I guess I'll give it 5 stars.

I have this on my Q9550 at stock settings and stock cpu cooler and keeps my cpu at between 32 to 35c. Great product. must buy and I will buy again!

Works well. With this paste and the MassCool fan I bought for my Core i7 920 system, it keeps the processor running about 50-55C at 100% utilization.

I don't really have anything to compare this compound to since I used it on my first build and didn't switch to it from anything. From what i've heard of other peoples temps it lowers the temps by about 2-5 degrees. Would definitely buy it again.

Spreads smoothly and evenly. There's enough in the tube to handle two to three CPU's which is fine for my personal use. Performance-wise, it has about the same effect as most other compounds I've used; the price makes it a deal for me. I'll be looking for it specifically next time.

I applied this thermal grease to my processor, and i noticed that it did drop my temperature a couple degrees. I rated it Average performance. I have tried better thermal compounds in the past.It is good for the price though.I am idleing at 50 degrees Celsius now with this paste.

Great stuff. did three cpu's with it! one amd athlon II x4, one amd athlon xp and a pentium pro. the ppro core is like 3 of the athlon II x4. Goes a long way for the price. The athlon II x4 620 with stock cooling runs about 32 celsius no load with this paste.........good stuff

great product value not so hot cause u do not get much in the tube if u got more 4 your money it would be great. it does cool really well.would buy again from tiger. would buy same if it had more in tube.

Got this to just have around incase i need to change heat sinks or whatever... good amount of this stuffed in that little syringe was able to change two cpu's with that little tube
