Works pretty good, nothing amazing. Works a little bit better than Antec Formula 5, though it doesn't spread as well. |

Great Thermal Paste ! Dropped idle/load temps around 4-6 degrees C from the stock thermal pad included on the Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 7, which is still good stuff. Buy this Stuff, you won't be disappointed ^^ |

Stuff works better than I had expected. I have some Arctic Silver left over, but wanted to try this stuff out to see if it worked any better or the same as my good ol Acrtic, I am very impressed with this paste. My temps are actually a little lower than before. Will definately buy again when I run out of whats in the tube :) |

My Pentium-D based system was locking up between once every couple days, to twice a day. I never investigated the CPU temperature in the past, but started to suspect it was the problem. 32 degrees idle, 50 some degrees under some load an 75 degrees under heavy load!!! Ouch! I bought some Ocz Freeze, and applied it (looking much better than the crap that the store had applied). Now she idles around 14 degrees, and might hit high 20's if I max each core. |

Works as well or better than anything else I've used. I was expecting a smaller 1.5 gram tube. 3 grams should good for a dozen or more applications. Dries a bit quick so if your the spread then mount type, do it quickly. |

OCZ Freeze Extreme Thermal Compound 3 Gram Tube
Cons:None
Pros:Works way better than AS5, no "cure time" like AS5, easy cleanup, works great, can be pricematched for cheap. Not capacitive like AS5, so don't worry if you get some on circuit board traces or stuff like that. Comment:
Works way better than AS5, no "cure time" like AS5, easy cleanup, works great, can be pricematched for cheap. Definitely works great, from reviews I had seen, it's supposed to be about 1-2C better than Arctic Cooling's MX-2, and ~2-3C better than AS5, and it is only about 1-2C hotter than those diamond or liquid metal compounds. This stuff is great. It keeps my e8400 at 24C under load. I put it on an e7200 and it dropped the temps 5C from the factory paste. |

Best thermal paste on tigerdirect, it conduct 3.8 W/mK which is not shown, but this beets all competition except for the outrageously suspicious masscool claiming 7.5W/mK. I have checked the specs of all pastes, and OCZ has the best. Thermaltake for instance, 19.99 and for 3W/mK. lol Go with OCZ! |

This stuff IS amazing... I have no idea what brand was installed on the AMD CPU when it arrived, but my PC kept running HOT... 100*! I cleaned the old coompund off and installed a THIN layer in both the processor and the fansink to realize maximum temps around 72* while running COD4 maxed... The label covers the tube so you can't see how little is actually in the bottle yielding a 3 on value... Surely it costs more to send 500 tubes of .5oz than it would to send 250 tubes of 1fl oz using the same size tubes... Then again, OCZ IS in the business for money, right?!? PLENTY of compound to do SEVERAL installs, though.... |

All i can say is this stuff is very thick... it was hard for me to sread evenly across the cpu.. i found myself adding more to cover the complete die.. works great tho.. I used this from the get go so i have nothing to compare it too.. the tube they send you will do about 8 applications.. (I had to redo mine a few times due to a faulty motherboard) used the rest to repair broken xbox 360's |

I thought articsilver was the best but wrong I was. This stuff Works fantastic! I went to there website first (as I read from a earler post thank you) and got the instructions. If you follow them well you will get very good results. My CPU went from 50c average to 38c average. Huge difference. Thank you TigerDirect for the Supper Fast Shipping and Awesome line of products. |

OCZ Freeze Extreme Thermal Compound 3 Gram Tube
Cons:None
Pros:Slightly cheaper than AS5, Easy to apply Comment:
I used to have AS5 on my Macbook (Napa C2D 2.0), idling is around 52C to 55C. After using this, my idling temp is at 49C to 51C, and my fan does not have to run as often thus save power. The biggest advantage of this is the ease of use. There's no curing time (AS5 needs over 200 hours) and simply drop a grain size and put on heatsink. |

OCZ Freeze Extreme Thermal Compound 3 Gram Tube
Cons:Small amount.
Pros:Good quality. Non corrosive. Comment:
This is a great product. It is non corrosive, so there is no problem using it with direct contact heatsinks (other thermal pastes may corrode the copper). It went on smooth and how it should. The tube is a little small for the price, but not a big deal. Keeps my processor really cool. Great purchase and would buy it again. |

Using this on an Intel E8400 with a Xigmatek HDT-S963 cooler; runs very very cool. Better than Arctic Silver and is non-conductive with respect to electricity! Very smooth paste as well, like toothpaste, unlike Arctic Silver Ceramique. Will buy again, when I run out, and will definitely recommend to anyone! |

OCZ Freeze Extreme Thermal Compound 3 Gram Tube
Cons:It's performance is a little less than Arctic Cooling MX-2
Pros:Higher performance and thermal conductance than Arctic Silver 5, doesn't require settling/curring time to reach max performance, thick white paste doesn't really run or drip so much easier to use and clean, non-electrically conductive so you don't have to worry about it getting into sensitive components. Was on sale for $5 each! Comment:
Again I havn't used my tube yet but I did read the review which prompted me to buy some. Great product and I'll use it on everything I can. |

It works well, spreads easily (enough for more use in the future when I change to a better cpu cooler, har,har,har...), my first time using a different thermal compound from the pre-applied ones already on cpu coolers. My computer used to run at 45* on full load, now it never even sees the 35* mark and it hasn't even been heat-cycled yet! Oh BTW I run a E6750 core 2 duo 2.66 ghz, overclocked slightly on a asus P5W DH Deluxe mobo. |

this stuff works great, it helped my new cpu cooler run even cooler. Under full load, (full load is 85% of dual core cause i cant get it any higer- i tried) the temperature doesnt get above 100 degrees farh. when its on idle, it is about 83 degrees farh. i would recommend this to any one looking to help lower their temps. |
GREAT! dropped my temps by 10 degrees. im now running and full load 35 C with stock cooler. i thought that was impossible. and they give you lots of it. best part is it is kinda thick so it doesn't get all over the place. A must buy.
