This gel is a bit difficult to work with, as the syringe is a bit smallish and the compound itself is a sticky mess (to spread on the sink or CPU) but it isn't really much different than any other such compound in that regard. It does, however, work well. Especially for the price. Using the stock sink/fan on an Intel E2200 CPU, the use of this gel reduced the idle temp from 52C-54C to 49C and the temp with a load from 57C to 51C. I would use it again and recommend it. I always like the combination of works well and cost less. :-)

Got this tube price matched at $4.08 (PriceCanada.com). I definitely agree with all the posters, this thing really works. I use it in conjunction with a CoolerMaster V8 and my Core i7 920 runs at 34C idle. Definitely impressed.

I have found OCZ Artic freeze to be one of the best i have used to keep my cpu running cool (for the money or i geuss any money) I strongly reccomend it.

I'm pretty much an OCZ fanboy when it comes to their products. This one is no different--It lowers the temperature of my CPU a good couple of degrees and can be easily applied. I think OCZ says that you don't have to spread it, but I honestly prefer to get it really thing. I've done the two small rice grains idea, and I've spread the thermal paste thin with a card--I definitely get better results when I spread it thin. Overclocking a E8200 Wolfdale Core 2 Duo on a 780i XFX Motherboard.

This is my first time useing OCZ thermal grease and I will never use another kind again. The first thing I noticed was it was thicker then your average thermal grease and didn't run all over the place like the cheap. This grease and a good cooler are why my Athlon x64 stays under 32C even under load.

OCZ Freeze is one of the best TIM on the market, comparable to MX-2 and IC7, I used it on my Xigmatek S1283 and the temperatures were great for a quad core. Will definitely recommend this to anyone and certainly will buy again when ran out.

I went from using Artic Silver compound to this and drop my cpu temp 5-8 degrees! 32-34 idal using a 125W black addition AMD. Highly Recommend. Artic Siver was good 7 years ago also a good idea to upgrade the compund as faster cpu's come out.

ive never used thermal grease before so i didnt know how exactly to use it, but thats what friends in the computer field are for. it was easy to use, nice and cheap (best buy wanted like.. 10usd for the same brand)

Paste is very comparable to MX-2. Both are with out a doubt the best thermal compounds on the market. I'd say its also alot easier to work with aswell. I just wish the tube was a little bigger, But its great! 5/5

Used it on my i7 920 with thermalright ultra 120 extreme, and on my 4870 with reference heatsink. No complaints on either application. I had to reapply it a few times cause I felt like i messed up.Note: I have nothing else to compare this product to, but i give it 5 stars
