Finally received my SSD and I have to say, this thing is blazing fast. Took awhile for the backorder to come in but it was well worth it! I love how there is almost no wait for installing programs and I never have to suspend or sleep my pc since it boots up and shuts down so fast lol. Worth every penny if you ask me. |

This drive is ridiculously fast. My Atto score is 2 times that of my score with the vertex 2. It scores very high with smaller chunks of data too. It starts getting up to 500 mb and over reads and rights very quickly. I wish I could go back in time to a lan party in 2004, and freak out my friends with this drive. |

I waited over one month on preorder for this since I wanted to upgrade from my intel x25-M ssd. first off, I think these drives are fairly priced. However, because I have Rampage III extreme mobo, I could only get 360 Mb/s on the Marvell Sata 3.0 ports. While this is fast I was hoping to get 500 Mb/s as advertised. It was also a pain to get this thing recognized in the bios. |

Picked up a pair of 120 gig vertex 3's and installed windows in raid 0 sata 3 on a maximus 4 extreme with 2600K4.8 prime stable and 1096 MB/Sec in atto benchmarkvery impressed and is very fastif you have the coin, i dont think you can get much faster out of 2 ssd's at this point in time |
working on my Dell XPS L702X - Intel Core i7-2820QM - 12gb ddr3 - dual hd with vertex3 and standard hdd. good drive. anyone that have money for a ssd should get this one or the 240 version of the drive.
