What an easy and effective memory upgrade! Should have done it a long time ago, although prices were higher back in the day. An immediate and very noticeable performance improvement! Did not need support, but it is very comfortable knowing that PNY is there if needed.

This is the best upgrade you could do for your laptop! Just like others here have said, huge improvement on stability & performance. I was considering scrapping this laptop until I maxed the ram at 2gigs. Now it runs like new only faster. Decent Value with rebate.

Nervous at first, but read the reviews... Bottom line: My laptop now works better than ever! I thought my hard drive was getting funky after five years of hard use, so I planned an overhaul including a memory upgrade... The memory arrived before the new Hard Drive. Installed the 2 GB of new RAM, and lo and behold! No more glitches! Everything works faster! Man,If I only knew! Fantastic! Thank You.

Maxed out the RAM on my Thinkpad T42; dramatically improved the speed. Have used other memory products from PNY and have never had any problems with them.

I put this into an HP Pentium M 1.7GHz machine running Win 7 Home Premium that had 512MB ram stock. It's fast, installed easily, and the additional RAM let me run Win 7 in Aero mode without any hesitation. Highly recommended and the price can't be beat. Props to this site for ANOTHER unbeatable deal!

Stepped up from two 500Mb, to two 1Gb cards on my HP Pavilion laptop. Machine is somewhat more responsive and less prone to memory issues, although not as dramatic a benefit as I anticipated. Easy to replace one card under a cover in back, but second card was under keyboard - following HP's online instructions to get at it was straightforward. Overall the PNY brand memory is a cost-effective performance improvement.

Very easily installed in my Satellite A45-S121. Boosted my internet and all other functions immeasurably. Plan to install another gig. One note-the Detailed Specs does not list the PC2700. I have had no problems whatsoever.

Standard 3 day arrived in a box unusually big box (only ordered one thing) the memory came in a smashed pny plastic container looked liked it got ran over by a fork truck or something. It had a big black mark on the pny packageing Im surprised it was not broke and that it worked kinda made me nervous at first if it was going to work however it works great an a customer is happy and im happy thats all that matter. remove 93 viruses etc. put this baby in big difference

PNY is good stuff. Just what was needed to upgrade someone's underpowered computer. I can't believe that there are still people running machines, laugh, with only 512mb of ram.

I purchased 2 chips. One works great, good value and good performance, the other was defective. It was cumbersome to return the defective item and by the time you pay for the return shipping it lost a lot of it's value. It's a problem when you buy online.

Great price with the mentioned rebate, but they list the price like you get a rebate on each 1 gig of memmory, but the redemption site only lets you get one $10 rebate per order per hosehold (With time limit almost expired also) so I'll get $10 back and not the $20 as advertised with the order...

I just replaced the 512's in my laptop with these and she fired right up. I don't have a new machine, but I don't sit around for 45 seconds waiting for the laptop to stop swapping. It is running so much better, I wish I had done this a year ago.
