I'm so glad I purchased this mp3 player. It did not come with a wrist strap but I had a spare lanyard I'm using. A beltclip works better. The headphones are very good. The player is a bit heavy but it has a large screen. Great quality for the price.

I purchased this item for my son for his 11th birthday. It was refurbished and it was definately the ''right'' price. It works great, he loves it, he likes the features, and the units capabilities. I would definately recommend this item to people who want a good reliable mp3/mp4/radio player at an affordable price.

there is no direct volume control. it is in the settings and has only to settings. low and high and high is not very loud. when in noisy areas it is very hard to hear. other than that it worked great out of the box.

This product worked right out of the box, did not take very long to figger out, and has worked great. And the price is fabulous.

This is a decent product, given the fact that it was refurbished. I have had only 2 real issues with the unit: It locks up from time to time,and if you connect it via the proprietary Sansa USB cable provided to remove files from any directory, It does not recognize the action. It will give you a "bad track" message when it gets to the deleted file. In order to successfully remove the files, you must format the device, thus removing all of your files and forcing you to start over.

I owned a 1G Creative Mp3 Player for many years and it's served me well with no problems whatsoever. Lately I've been listening to Audiobooks with it and in many cases I wouldn't have enough room for the full book and would have to wipe it and only load the last few chapters as needed. When I noticed that the Sandisk not only played video but also had a Micro SD slot enabling me to double the memory size as well as swap cards with different music types. The ONLY thing I've noticed about it that I dont like is that It wont pull video from the memory card. All video has to be on the player itself. Not a big deal, but I'd rather be able to decide for myself where it goes.

Super easy to use. Battery Life is great. I recorded a program for probably 6 or 7 hours one day, didn't have any way to recharge, but it only used just over half of the battery life. I've mostly just used the radio functions, but I love it.

Quality,Sound,and Performance all in this MP3 Player. I'm real happy with this product,It does a good job of keeping me entertained at the Gym while doing my workout,Sandisk puts out a great product at a good price.

Mp3 player works perfectly for being refurbished and had it features improved greatly after adding rockbox (third party open source firmware) to the player. Great deal for the price, and would definitely recommend the player to others.

This mp3 player does the job it is supposed to do: store and play media back for your enjoyment! Being a refurb, it dosen't suprise me that the screen occasionally goes blank or a solid teal color, but comes back to its normal screen after a restart. A good value!

Great MP3 player for the money. Very easy to transfer music and audio books onto. Had some issues creating playlists, but everything is easily found under Music and Albums. Would recommend to friends.

First one failed. Sandisk made two versions of this discontinued model: version 1 and version 2. First one I received was version 2 and would not detect by XP or Vista. Menues did not match any manual or directions online. After 3 hours of following suggestions without success, I returned it. The return process was wonderful. Replacement was version 1. Works fine, but does not support more than a 2 GB memory card. Works good in all modes and well worth the money, but not for the technically challenged.

Have had this for a couple weeks and I love it! I was able to use it right out of the box, it came with headphones but no manual but that's okay I got one online. It is refurbished but it works great. I plugged it into my cousin's mp3 car cord and it worked great there too. As far as battery life, this thing goes a long while! I have also dropped this on wood floor several times and it still works. Have not bought a MicroSD card yet but I might to see how that works. Video playback is good with good audio and it records things straight from the radio which I like, too. It scans for presets wherever I go with the radio. It records other audio very well too. Only disappointment is I cannot delete songs from the player. But other than this, I love this little mp3 player and it is a great deal!

Didn't have a clue how these things work. After a few days, I figured it out. The player works flawlessly(micro SD us a nice touch) Fun and sounds great with good headphones (none provided) Well worth the price. (get a protective carrying case)

What a great deal! I bought this for my wife and she loves it. Enough space for her music and she uses the memory slot for audio books on the flash drive I got her for 10 bucks. Works perfect and you cannot even tell it is refurbished. Definitely would recommend!

I already have the 4GB version of this player, so when I saw this one for $30, I jumped at it. Since I already had manuals, earphones, software, etc., it was a deal. Works fine, as expected. Don't forget to go in & switch the USB mode before hooking it up to your computer for the first time.

I thought the e250 was just like new when I got it. The only inconvenience was it did'nt come with a owners manual.It was very difficult to get it off any website.

This is the 4th one I've purchased. Bought one for myself about a year ago and it still works great. So I bought one for each of my kids. Easy to use. Like it better than an Ipod.
