BEST DEAL ON A MP3 PLAYER
Comment:
I must admit, I shy away from anything that says ''refurbished'', but I took a chance on this and I'm glad I did. I purchased the e250 for my brother (He bought a GPX MP3 player w/far less features for more $). Of course before I handed it over I just had to play with it. The first thing I did was update the firmware. I was amazed at the quality. It comes with headphones and the USB cable (no instructions, but you have the internet, so way do need them). Anyway, I placed several songs on it before handing it over and compaired it with my Sansa Fuze. The menu is slightly different (as far as the order) but other than that, the same. I finally released it to my brother and he was blown away, especially when compairing it to what he had. And of course the kicker is that you can expand the memory with a microSD card. (while I had it I popped in my 8gb and it loaded just fine). If you are looking for a great MP3 player, at a discounted price, THIS IS IT!

Great price for a good player
Comment:
It was pretty straight forward right out of the box. The headphones it comes with arent any good, but I replaced them with a good set for short money. I dont really like how it defaults the center sound level when you turn it back on, because its pretty loud with a decent set of headphones. I havent used any of the other features yet, so no clue how good they are.

Best Value Around
Comment:
I was concerned about the quality when purchased, but I was blown away by this little player. Even though its refurbished, it looked brand new and has played flawlessly. The display is iPod quality as well. The only complaint is that creating a "Play List" is quirky.

Great value, features, quality and performance

I just purchased 5 of these players for my cousins. Each one of them loves the product after using it for over 2 weeks now. The only issue I found was that with the refurbished player you do not get the carrying/protective case, manual and media converter disk. I managed to find the manual and media converter program at this site: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1376 A few of my cousins said that it would be nice to have something to protect the player against wear and tear. I did not tell them that the original that costs twice has that included.

Once upon a time, I had no perfectly-working refurbished mp3 player. Then there was you. I went to this website, bought my now-mine mp3 player, and am living happily ever after. Thanks!

Love it
Comment:
I have the 8GB refurb. It works every time. I use it primarily for audio books but music sounds great too. I also have the smaller model, can't remember the name that I keep in the car with books loaded. There are quite a few accessories for it and the micro slot is good to have. The only problem has been freezing up for some unknown reason. I got a new battery and no problems since.

very good
Comment:
ive had mine for way more than a year, ive burned it, dropped it,spraypainted it, soddered it, and it still works good, ive hd only one problem ever, there is a corrupted file on it which causes some of my music to be corrupted and unreadable, probably my fault, but the majority of the music still works if i load it as a recorded file, its all just drag and drop as long as its a good file type like mp3 and such, great product, worth probably 5-10x as much

Few fixable issues but great value and performance
Comment:
Refurb unit came with no manual. Sandisk website has plenty of info and manual available as well as firmware updates. Loading regular .MP3 files under wrong USB mode MTP will result in "Unknown" songs that are not playable. Avoid by using MSC USB mode. It has EQ modes, can play videos, and you can set up playlists. Easy to use buttons and jog wheel. Suggest the 4MB version if you have lots of songs. This unit took 221 .MP3 files at 128K sample rate and was only 1/2 full on memory capacity. A GREAT BARGAIN for the money and features. Be sure to update firmware which requires at least XP and a download from Sandisk.

Best MP3 EVER!!
Comment:
I love this MP3 so much, I have 3 of them because for me is the right amount of space for the music I have. I use 1 for spanish music, 1 for english music & 1 that has a little bit of both and pics. What I absolutely love is that it also has a FM radio and it's so easy to use you don't even need to read the manual or download any special programs. Even do this is a refurbish unit you still get all the quality of a new item. It's the best and for the price you could not go wrong! I definitely recommend it, I give it 10 stars!!!!

SanDisk Sansa
Comment:
The Sansa mp3 player came fast to my door, was pretty cheap and i don't have to install no programs. My mp3 player already took a couple of hard fall but still works fine to me this is better than an ipod.

Just Get One!!
Comment:
I have three of these, two 4GB versions for my kds and one 2GB version with 2GB SD for myself. Both 4GB's are refurbs and have not given a days trouble. Hands down the most versatile little player out there. I don't really use the video except for a few YouTube things and Photo feature for close-up shots. The radio and record features are a plus. I use mine everywhere I go. There is a optional crystalline cover for $8 somewhere. If it should "brick" which mine has done on occasion there are great instructions and utilities to quickly recover your data. Tip: Don't try to copy multiple data streams at once and you should avoid "bricking" issues. Get one today.

Works Well
Comment:
I bought one of these for myself and for my husband. Since the players are refurbished be sure to check them over well as soon as you get them that way if not you can return it. The player is easy to use and appears durable. When I ordered I received the original version, but when I returned one due to a defective head phone jack I received a V2 player that is compatible with higher volume micro sd cards. The original is only compatible with 2GB or smaller. Enjoy!

I bought one of these to replace my wife's iPod Shuffle and now I wish I had bought two of these. Finally she is able to see what she is listening to as well as listen to FM radio and record notes on the fly.

I was really excited to open this up and see that I got version 1. However it had a bad USB connection to the board so I had to return it. I got a replacement within 2 days and it works well, but it is version 2 so no rockbox for me.

SanDisk Sansa e250 2GB MP3 Player - Black
Comment:
This is my first mp3 player and I have to say this is a wonderful investment! Its got a pretty good amount of space as is and I have a 2GB microSD card that I never used with my cell phone so that added some extra space which was awesome. I also enjoy the fact that I can listen to the radio as well which is something NO iPod that I know of has!! So it might not have a ton of space or some massive screen but I got it for music not watching hour long movies on or playing games. Sound output is great, device is very user friendly, plugged it into my computer and Vista recognized it pretty quickly, did have to reset to get it to work but meh. Definitely recommended!

SanDisk Sansa e250 2GB MP3 Player - Black
Comment:
I have owned this mp3 player for about 2 months. It worked fine right out of the box. The player can be a little buggy, but so far a google search has found a fix to any problems. This is a good budget ''nano'' if you have a little computer savvy to work through the occasional bug. the e-250 is not quite as trouble free as an ipod, but it costs about 1/3 of the cost of a refurbished nano. Definitely add a 2gb micro-SD card to this player for about $8 to double the memory.

SanDisk Sansa e250 2GB MP3 Player - Black
Comment:
I'm biased because this is my first mp3 player. I bought two of these a couple of months ago. Not a problem with either one. I had mine in my pocket when I fell in water. I was in the water for a good 5 minutes. It still works without a glitch. Great sound easy to use. With windows media player simple. When This one no longer works I'm getting another with 6 GB. Keep your Ipod!
