I purchased one 2 months ago and loved it so much I bought a second one. Like new, Great sound everywhere I plug it in. I've only used it for music, no complains but the ear buds!

I've had mine for about 2 weeks now and I love it. No complaints. Great price, sound, battery life, and with the MicroSD card slot, virtually unlimited storage. I've only owned one other unit, a no-name player. It was ok, but had an absolutely horrible user interface. This is a breeze to use. Everything makes sense. There are really only two items that are not readily apparent: 1) The MicroSD cards, for this device at least, can not be larger than 2Gb. I spent far too much time trying to figure this out on my own. A quick call to Sansa Tech Support educated me (it's not in the Manual, and should be). Total time on the phone was less than 5 minutes. Kudos Sansa, though, it should have been in the Manual in the first place. 2) This IS in the Manual, but if you don't know to look for it, this may throw you for awhile. There are two ''USB Mode'' settings: MSC and MTP. The unit MUST be set to MSC to access the SD card. And photos and videos will only be viewable if on the unit itself.

This refurbished little mp3 player is great! Snatch it up while they last. havent got the micro sd card yet but when i do i should be able to get all my songs on here.

Awesome! Compact, easy to use and no special software required. It beats up my ipod! Sounds great and the internal equalizer is a fantastic feature for fine tuning the sound. Quite the bargin as a refurbished unit with a low price. i would buy it again!

Wonderful product. For the money, it can't be beat. I have put photos and music on mine and it does an excellent job. I agree that the ear buds should be upgraded, but I can't wear them anyhow (they never fit my ears and always fall out). I replaced mine with a low cost headset and it is wonderful. I have connected it to my home stereo (just plug in the headset plug into the stereo) and you can't tell if it is a CD playing or this device. Don't let ''refurbished'' scare you away from this product. Mine is FANTASTIC!

nice product, great quality , for a refurbished item it doesn't feel like it .Im thinking of buying another , one minor thing the earphone looks fragile

I have to say, this is better than an Apple iPod. Unlike the iPod, this has built in FM radio and voice recorder. And the music quality is great too. You probably will need to buy a better set of earbuds, as the ones included are really cheap and break after a while (I was putting them in my ear, and the bud broke in half).

This mp3 player is ok. not good, not bad. It holds a decent amount of songs but does not have good sound quality. IT GETS SCRATCHSED WAY TOO EASY!!! It is also a fingerprint magnent. It is very thick compared to a ipod nano. not good, not bad.

Very pleased with this purchase bought 2 of them one for me and one for the wife other than the ear buds being basic the player has all the qualitys of an ipod and is just as good, not one problem with it great sound and great software for converting

I love this product. It's much better than my previous iPod which got scratched up pretty badly when I dropped. I've put this mp3 player through rain, burning heat, and the toilet. It hasn't let me down once. Great features too.

Good little device, easy to use and easy to buy. Don't let refurbished put you off..I think refurb. items are often built better than the original. You should buy some better earbuds, Etymotic 6i comes to mind. Enjoy you new player knowing that its just as good and 1/3 of the price of the one that the person rocking out next you has.

I just purchased one of these a couple of weeks ago and it is great! Better than (prev. generation) iPod nano and way cheaper than iPod video. Only downside is transfering videos is a little clumsy. Otherwise, music transfers are really simple (PlaysForSure compatible), and you can set it to mount as a removable drive or as an MP3 player. Refurb looked like brand new. No problems yet, and it's already been beaten up pretty badly (more than a hard drive player could take).
