Very satisfied

The only problem I have is there were no instructions sent with the product. I am in the 60 year old range and all these items are quite new for me. I was able, however, to figure out how to work it and with some help from my son. I am quite happy with this product.

great deal great player
Comment:
I was a little hesitant about buying a player brand that I had never used befor let alone buying a refurbished product but I have had mine for just over a week and I use it 7 days a week 10 to 12 hours a day without a glitch. The only draw back is the capasity but with the sd slot that cures that problem. I would highly recomend this player to anyone that uses there player alot. mine is ether playing downloaded songs or the radio ( the radio has great reception) all day every day at work and at home. If you want high quality at a great price buy this player.

love the screen makes it easy to use
Comment:
I bought the smaller one too its great also, I like it better because its smaller, has a smaller screen too but holds the same 2 gigs. The smaller one was not availible this time. Only wished i would have bought the larger capacity this time. But...I have two now!

Great product, good value

Bought this to replace another player that was a few dollars cheaper but turned out to be worthless. This one has everything the other was lacking.

You can't beat this for the money!! I have spent more on accessories than I did for the player itself!! Plays and sounds great!!

Definitely buy this

Lookd for $30 bucks you're getting a very nice mp3 player... Get a subscription with Rhapsody, and you'll basically have an ipod killer... If listening to music is all you want, this is the thing to get...

Good value for the money
Comment:
I'm pretty happy with this MP3 player- used it on a recent business trip. Easy to use. Only complaint is the sansa media converter software isn't provided or the url to the sansa site if I want to watch video clips. I haven't been able to find working software.

e250 ok deal
Comment:
Got this e250 hoping to enjoy it, only to my disappointment this unit will not recognize anything above 2gb. I upgrade the firmware no help. So if you want it right from the jump start get the e280 and above or better, you won't go wrong.

BEST DEAL EVER
Comment:
I downloaded music from my computer and started listening it the music right away. I used it when I was digging up my yard to sow another one, used it while painting my house and sure made the time go buy and the jobs less boring. Great product and I would never know it was refurbished.

Bought two, shoulda bought more
Comment:
I bought two of these and wish now i had bought more. It was easy to use - hooked right up to my mac. I downloaded a book and some songs and hit the road. I got a little case to wear around my neck and now I am never without it. My daughter uses the one I gave her for a audio recorder when she goes to meetings. Works great for that too.

Great MP3 Player
Comment:
This is my third one! One was stolen and I gave the other away, this one I hang on to! It took till the third one to learn that it won't do video on the card just on it's flash. Rock Box gives you the option of using HD SC cards as well as all kinds of cool stuff. Get this while you still can

It might be better?
Comment:
I would rate this player much better if I knew what I was working with. It came with absolutely no instructions or manual, everything I've learned about it I learned off of the internet. I have a Macbook, and even internet advice was mixed, as it turns out it works fine once you reset the USB mode on the e-250. I still don't really know all the features or capabilities, but I'm still searching. Maybe it's better than I think?

The worst mp3 player ever
Comment:
If this product would have worked it might have been worth the $30 I paid for it. It was a problem from the start when it arrived it was missing the usb cable and manual. When the usb cable arrived after many tries it finally was recognized by my computer and I was able to sync songs to the device. It has no real volume control you could choose between loud and normal thats it. Then after all of that it froze up and would not move turn off or respond to being plugged into the computer. Its going back. My first mp3 player was by Sansa and it just stopped working for no reason and refuses to turn on. I will spend my money with Apple from now on.

This MP3 player was easy to load and not at all shy on features. Buy two though, because your spouse will want one too.

Sansa e250 is a winner!
Comment:
I just got my (refirb) Sansa e250. It didn't want to sync with Windows right out of the box and Sandisk downloads didn't help much. I upgraded Windows Media Player, ignored directions, and just started playing with the e250. Suddenly, it started working. Now it works great. Sharp sound, solid construction and easy to use controls.I would recommmend it.

Just right
Comment:
Needed a small mp3 player at a small price for my Down's Syndrome son to listen to his songs in the car. He loves it and enjoys it everyday. It looked like near new condition; they could have told me it was new and I wouldn't have known the difference.
