since i went for a huge heat sync and a huge fan this is a huge improvement my computer looks like one on the inside now instead of a car engine, lol

Pros:- Keeps Intel 2500K nice and cool, even when overclocked- Very quiet and sound is not an issue- Sleek design

Overall the cooler is a great product, however it was a pain to get it installed.. better instructions please! Without the video on the Corsair Youtube I would not have done it.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:None

Pros:Very effective. Reasonably quiet. Maintenance free.
Comment:
Bought to replace stock cooler. I had put my new build in a Corsair 600T case so figured it would fit without problems. It did. It replaces the rear 120mm case fan. Since the old 120mm fan was identical except 3 pin rather than 4. I decided to use it in a push-pull config with the old fan connected to the case fan control while the 4 pin of the new fan was connected to the CPU temp control. I put the sandwitch in an air intake config and added an air filter on the outside of the case. The 600T runs very cool with its two 200mm case fans so this config doesn't affect the GPU and it never allows my CPU over 45C even when stressed (Intel i5). Even with the two 120mm fans in push-pull, it is quite quiet if I keep the speed of the 3 pin fan down (manual controller). It never seems to be really necessary to run it any faster anyway. I have little experience with water coolers but this one meets all my expectations.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:None

Pros:Works well, pretty inexpensive when on sale, takes up less space than large block air coolers.
Comment:
I bought this because I was finding it a pain to work on my computer with my large Noctua h12 air cooler. The H-50 worked out nicely. I also shed a few degrees using it on my AMD 965 BE. Went from 34 degrees idle to 30. Set up with a push pull configuration using my noctua fans from my air cooler. Only thing is it took a little resarch to find the correct screws to mount it as this thing came with one set.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:Audible fan noise when under load

Pros:Great cooling performance
Comment:
I was looking for one of those pre-assembled watercooling kits to reduce the fans (noise) in my computer and bought this one after a bad experience with the Coolit one. Mounting the H50 is much easier than with the Coolit. My temperatures dropped almost 10C compared to with the stock cooler, and hardly exceeds 35C under full load. The included fan is a bit on the noisy side though, and I am considering eventually replacing it with a Noctua.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:needs lots or room. forgot it used a 120mm fan so had to make fit in my case.

Pros:quieter then my factory fan for a am2 4 core cpu.runs 10 to 15 dec C cooler then factory heat sink and fan, pc running alot faster with better cooling, nice to have for almost any cpu, so if i changed cpu and m/b i should be okay with still using.
Comment:
I bought this on a recommendation from another ncix buyer. Found my am2 cpu was running too hot, and this fixed my overheating issue. would recommend to buy.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:rad is bulky, after install this, i don't have room for case fans at top

Pros:easy to install, keep my cpu cool on load, never exceed 30C, instruction is very clear
Comment:
I have a low end CPU and I don't do OC, the reason I bought this is that I heard liquid cooling produces less noise than air cooling, but its just slightly better than air ones.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:Slightly better instructions

Pros:Works very well
Comment:
I replaced my stock HS for this. It was on sale at the same time I bought the rest of the parts for my new build so it made it wasn`t even a question. It would help if the instructions for installation were a little more clear but nonetheless, it worked out fine. I`d rather use this than an air heatsink. Nice and quiet!

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:None

Pros:Awesome cooler for my Phenom II x4 955 BE
Comment:
Keeps me running at 3.92mhz at 27c idle never goes over 48 load. Hits like 54 after 4 hours on prime95. I could put this baby over 4mhz if I wanted no prob. Amazing cooler especially considering I'm running it in a mid tower with no side or top or bottom fan options. One single fan is exhausting out front with intake on the cooler at back. Also running push/pull on the H50. BUY IT!!!

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:-Instructions seemed very vague to me, but i had no previous knowledge on this stuff

Pros:-Compact-Cools good-Good price
Comment:
I love this cooler. Cant think of anything that could be veiwed as bad about this, other than i had a bit of trouble at first with installation since ive never messed around with motherboards and such. I looked it up online and there was some videos on how to do it, so you may want to watch one first. I couldnt do that because i didnt have speakers on that computer lol. But it wasnt horrible to figure out.Right now i have it set up with just one fan (Not stock, coolermaster 69CFM) pulling the heat outwards from the rad. The instructions say to have the fan pushing thru the rad for best performance, but i will be using a second fan on the other side to do the push/pull method, so i am just running it like this until i get the second fan. With the above setup I am running the AMD phenom x6 1090t processor. And with the fan not even set up the recomended way, it keeps the core a good deal cooler than with the stock heatsink. Right now it is idling at around 29C, i didnt make a point to remember what it was before, but i beleive somewhere around 35ish? Either way, the CPU never saw below 30 and i am very pleased. Its awesome how compact it is. I needed something that would fit, but also be super quiet as the computer sits right beside me almost. The difference is HUGE. The little stock heatsink's fan ran at like 5-6000RPM and was real loud, this makes like no noise whatsoever. This paired with my 140MM and 120MM fans makes it silent, perfect for enjoying peace and quiet or movies.Would definately buy again.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:none so far

Pros:great cooling, easy install,
Comment:
I bought this cooler to replace the stock cooler/fan that came with my AMD processor. The stock fan was very loud and ran at full speed all the time and the processor still ran about 65 degrees with even a moderate load. I was looking for a better air cooler when the Corsair H50 came on sale and thinking this would totally eliminate the processor fan (uses the case fan to cool the rad), I thought I would give it a try. The hardest part of the installation was pulling my MB out of the case. Installed in about 30 minutes and was very straight forward--the instructions were well layed out and easy to follow. I installed with the airflow going out of the case. Corsair recommends the opposite to blow cool air across the rad, but I thought I would try this first and see how it worked. With a noctura fan blowing air into the case (across my hard drives) and the supplied Corsair fan exausting the case through the rad, both processor and MB temps have dropped 10-15 degrees. With the processor maxed out (Prime 95) the Processor temp never gets above 55 degrees. The big surprise was the MB temp has dropped as well. I assume the case interior is now much cooler since the processor heat is being removed to the exaust, resulting in a cooler MB. Sound level is also much lower. Will try replacing the Corsair fan with a noctura fan to further reduce the noise level. So far very happy with this the H50.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:Documentation doesn't match etchings on bracket. Tubes were stiff.

Pros:40c difference from stock cooler. Half as loud as stock cooler.
Comment:
A great upgrade cooler!I run foldinghhome all the time on my core i7 920 and the stock cooler was constantly peaked out at 95c (forcing the chip to underclock). The H50 cooler is currently running my chip at 54c under full load (147.34Watts). It is also making a lot less noise than the intel stock cooler. I would estimate 5-8dB less. I have it set up to push hot case air through the rad and out. The manual says to use the rad fan as an intake if you want room temp air on the radiator. I chose to mount the other way because it is only a few degrees difference and I usually have a fan out in that location. This cooler is amazing for what you pay. I feel it was worth it.

Cons:The rad is a lot smaller then the h70 but it doesn't affect the performance too much.

Pros:Inexpensive, cools great, silent with the fans on low and best of all leaves a good head room for overclocking! (:

This is a amazing cooler for someone who's looking to overclock or just have a silent computer. It's a perfect match for the new Intel I7-2600k.

Cons:None. (well the tube is a bit long for matx case, still works though)

Pros:Precision cut, fit and finish, everything about this cooler is well made.
Comment:
Where do I start here. First of all, the packaging is simple and to the point, has 3 instruction sheet for 3 different CPU setup. To appreciate the quality you'll have to buy one, just to see how nice this unit is. There's no play or wiggle room when the unit is fully installed. The screw threads is excellent on the radiator. The bracket clamps down on the pump unit nicely when all 4 screws are tighten down. The bracket notches fits the pump edges perfectly.Stock HSF from Intel will hold the I5 2500k around 50C idle, and the pressure isnt even at all. Where as this unit, with 1.232V, x34, 103mhz which translates to 3.5ghz, holds the CPU at 32C.With a portable liquid cooling solution like this, why would I go back air cooling.Awesome unit.

I have two of these in two rigs and it is a decent cooler, comparable to the top air units. But don't buy this expecting miracles. The back plate could be more sturdy.

CPU temperature drops significantly by 15 to 20 degrees C.Some bubbling sound when starting up the computer but that the only time any sort of sound can be heard, really quite!!Only problem is their manual would advise going to the Consair webpage and check out the installation clip, watching the clip it takes less than 10 minutes.

Pros:PriceEasy to instalGreat look!
Comment:
I just got this litle cooler for my new build. First thing i done is to test the temp vs my previous noctua cooler. i was disapointed... 5 deg hotter. So i put two fan (250cfm each) in push/pull setup. redo the test and now im 12 deg cooler! So yes, the H50 worth the money, but grab better fan for it.

Cons:hope the screw was longer for the 120mm fan.poor manual for first users.hard to know how strong you have to screw it.

Pros:Easy installation
Comment:
For the first users, it might be the best for you to check the youtube video before installing this. For myself i didn't. I shouldve. It's not hard to install but the manuals are not that super clear as ikea manuals(?) =P I didnt know how strong i have to screw so I my plastic holders cracked a bit. but not much of a big deal. Also, it wasnt easy for me to install the 120mm fan due to the screw length. I didnt use the Corsair fan but it's the same 120mm fan which is the same size. However, due to my unique case, it wasnt easy for me to install those fans with radiator.

Pros:Easy to install,keeps cool
Comment:
Works great im running a 2600k i7 and runs very cool i cant wait to start OCing. I chose this to keep the weight of the air cooled heat sinks off my motherboard, im very glad i did it also keeps inside of case very tidy. only prob was mounting screws weren't long enough to go through case rubber grommets then fan then radiator, but i just really compressed the grommets and they barely reached but are holding fine, very good choice here!

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:-Doesn't fit all cases-Newer version is out-Doesn't come with fan adaptors like H70

Pros:-Very good Cooling-Cheap vs regular heatsinks-Quiet-Visually appealing-Bought on sale $45
Comment:
Bought this on sale for $45. Very good for the price. Didn't need the H70 since i'm not that hardcore. Wanted a cooler to replace stock cpu cooler. Decided to overclock my E6600 rather then to buy a new cpu. WARNING! For those like me that has a Thermaltake Tsunami Dream, this won't fit your case. I had to modify my case so that it will fit. You have to remove the bar that spans across the case, right under the PSU. Am very impressed by this cooler. Brought my temps from 47 C with the stock cooler, to 32 C for idle. On load it doesn't go over 49 C. That's with overclocking as well. Get it if you don't need something as hardcore as the H70. Well worth the money.

You really can't go wrong with one of these babies. Although the tubes are black and would not be able to be used with colorful cooling liquids, the tubes are well built and will never need to be replaced. This liquid cooling system is among the top in terms of performance and quality.
