Solid performing Cooler
Comment:
Been using this for about 2 weeks now. My temps lowered 10C compare to my previous non stock air cooler. 40% O.C 26C idle 46C full load. I gave a 4 on features because it uses black hoses, it would be nice to be able to tell if your pump is still working besides always just checking your temps or at least have a flow meter of some kind on the line, so you really just have to trust Corsair that the pump won't fail. Amazing Cooler, Amazing Price.

BEWARE OF RADIATOR SIZE!
Comment:
bought this to go with my 965 and never even installed it. Right out of the box i just put it up to my system, it didnt line up with the fan holes. If your power supply is mounted up top and not in the bottom of your case you may not be able to fit the radiator in your case. all in all the radiator is about 140mm. now im stuck with modding the radiator voiding the warranty or sending it back. im sure it would have been a great cooler. but i just dont know

Verry nice cooler. Noble prize awarded
Comment:
This product is the shiznets! Corsair is smart to price at an affordable rate, so everyone can buy it. Price is just right. Value is great. I gave features less one star because i couldn't get the backplate installed because it didn't fit on my 775 as advertised. So i improvised and cut the adhesive and punctured a hole and mounted the ring that way. Quality seems to be reliable product, nice. Performance is awesome temps are down by a much more comfortable margin when compared to air cooled. (20-15 degrees cooler celsuis)

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:Tubes not so flexible..Radiator bigger than 120mm fan..so mid towers may have trouble..i did..had to mod a bit..give it a day to settle in..for some reason first day wasnt working so well imo..second day...wow 32oc idle ...65oc at full load prime 95 tor. test.( 5 minutes of loading prime95 8 thread

Pros: Works incredibly well...65%c after 5 minutes prime95 tort test..great for airflow as it opens up the middle of your case..no huge heatsinks and fans blocking the airflow..great price for water/air cooling..annoying having to take apart whole comp but well worth it. Does a great job for a great price and no huge water block and pumps covering the insides choking up the airflow...This thing is amazing..period..i won't ever go back to regular water cooling or air cooling..just hope they keep remaking this type of cooling in the future.
Comment:
Buy it..if your looking at it..buy it..Corsair just won a customer..never bought from them before.

Best closed loop liquid cooler bar none
Comment:
Made mods to my coolers by adding a 240CFM fan at idle 32c at full load only 38c I am switching out all my junk V8 coolers with this Corsair unit. Also added a grill over the aluminum radiator for safety since these added fans almost blow to core out of the radiator.LOL Customer for LIFE!!!

KEEPS CPU COOLER
Comment:
EASY TO INSTALL, VERY QUITE, KEEPS TEMPERATURE OF CPU LOWER. LOWERED IT ABOUT 4 DEGREES FROM AIR COOLER, GREAT PRODUCT, I DID HAVE TO ADD A SECOND FAN TO INCREASE THE AIR FLOW OVER THE RADIATOR PUSH PULL WHICH BROUGHT THE TEMP. DOWN ANOTHER 2 DEGREES AND MADE IT MORE STEADY.

Best CPU cooler EVER!!!!!!
Comment:
Ok so I have one thing to say about this cooler: BUY IT! It is simply amazing. I have a Intel Core i7 920 and at first I didn't even have it over clocked and it was staying around 25C and the majority of my CPU usage is video transcoding and when that is happening, the CPU is cranked to about 85% or so and at that point the CPU was only at about 41C and that correlates to just over 100F or so, in other words that is not hot at all. So I decided to overclock it to 2.96 and I am still getting about the same results. This is definitely the greatest cooler I have ever had.

Cons:Installation is a bitch if you don't read the instructions. Lol

Pros:CoolLooks Cool (I know, that was punny)
Comment:
Well, this is the best cooler I've ever owned. I went from an i7 to a Phenom II 955 (I know, I have my reasons) and this cools my 955 AMAZING. Right now I'm idling at 21C and maxing out at 43C when Overclocked to 3.88GHz, to me that's very impressive. more stable temps, but how do you KNOW
Comment:
Applied for I7 extreme. Using mb Intel Desktop Control Center for monitoring, temps seem more stable and don't reach the Highs as did the stock fan cooling system. Capable of overclocking, I do not intend to but ran processor at 75 pct during video render, gained appx. 5 deg. C, 3.4 gigahertz w hyperthreading on, turbo on. Bought this unit after researching push-pull config. is Highly recommended. Using dual bearing super quiet fans, less fan volume than pre upgd and used included fan to exhaust out bottom of my case, made whole system cooler too. Cannot trust system will always work if not monitoring due to no visible moving parts. Do you trust the manufacturer? Still having hard time with that one. Several system lockups since installing, not sure why, it never did before I installed this. Have to completely remove mobo to install, give yourself 3 hours of focused assy with testing. Take it slow and easy and use ESDS precautions.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:-Push-pull for better performance

Pros:-Great performance
Comment:
I bought the H50 about 4 months ago around Christmas and got it for a great price during a sale. Runs quiet and cool. Easy installation which was nice. A simple and quiet solution coming from a Noctua CPU cooler which was bulking and heavy. Great for people looking to get into water cooling, just as a start, I will probably move on to a custom full loop later on in a new build, but for now this will get the job done. I would recommend having a push-pull set up on the rad.

CORSAIR CWCH50-1 High Performance CPU Cooler
Cons:- Not noiseless- Buzzing noise

Pros:+ Very good OC potential+ Looks cleaner than a big alu heatsink in my case
Comment:
This is a pretty nice tech and this cooler perform pretty good (my phenom II X4 idle at 34 which is pretty good). However if you are looking for a silent cooling solution I can't recommand this due to the buzzing noise from the pump.

Great cooler
Comment:
I bought this cooler as part of my Home Theater P.C. build. It sits on top of my A.M.D. Phenom II X4 965. So Far my processor hasn't passed 47 degrees celcius. It runs very quietly, and aside from having to modify (dremel) my Themaltake htpc case to fit, install was easy. I should mention I used Gelid GC-EXTREME thermal compound. I have had the cpu running at 80 to 90 percent for 6 hours and only saw 47. Running windows and basic programs it runs at 38. I am very satisfied with this cooler, and it isn't too tall like some of the big air coolers.

Please with purchase
Comment:
After installing this on my custom built with i7 920 CPU the temp dropped between 6 and 8 deg C and it runs relatively quiet. On idle it's consistently under 40 deg C; before it was in the mid 40's

Amazing Cooling
Comment:
Used for overclocking an i7 920 processor. This processor usually runs at 2.66GHz, but easily pushed it to 4.0GHz. Heat output easily removed by this device. Helped overclocking so much, system runs at substantially lower voltage compared to other overclocks with the same processor. Used a differnt fan to push more air through radiator. Super quiet. Used included fan to replace a generic case fan.

All-In-One Water Cooling!
Comment:
Nice entry level water cooling system. This should have come with a more aggressive fan from the factory, but I guess the focus was more on being quiet then maximum performance. Doesnt get good marks from me for value or performance considering i had to purchase a better fan to get my temps to where I felt comfortable using it.

Worked better than i thought
Comment:
I use to be skeptical about liquid cooling but seeing this as a closed circuit needing little if any maintenance. I bought this back in February of 2010 and the first several days i notice it kept around the 120 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit but over time and mainly depending upon the temperature of my room. It worked best in pulling in air to the phins but adding a 3000 RPM intake fan and the corsair fan that came with the product in push-&-pull setup works great. Cooling a Intel 3.0 GHz Dual Core OC'd to 3.6Ghz at temperatures rarely exceeding 115 Degrees Fahrenheit. The lowest its been is right about 89 or 90
