Fantastic OC'er chip. Have mine at three.825ghz on a 1.17 vcore. This can very easily go to four.+. I'm limited by RAM speed suitable now.....a bit of overclocking on the GSkill to get the 425 FSB. This chip flies. Idles at 34c and full load at 48c. Stable as a rock on Prime95. None Using a Zalman CP9500 cooler. I like the 92mm size fan and the 4 wire connector with PWM and fan speed control by the mobo. Use an aftermarket heatsink to truly drive this chip to it's possible.

Bought this back in early 2008 and is still going soon after my 3rd video card, 2nd ram, 4th harddrive, and 2nd motherboard upgrade.It was THE core 2 to buy back in the day and is really reliable.
