I submitted a ticket with all my troubleshooting steps and they replied with an e-mail asking for info on the drive I replied back with the facts and on the e-mail stated they would reply inside 24 hours. I got no email so hours later I try to locate my ticket to get the rma information so I can ship the drive back and the ticket was closed, no e mail from ocz assistance no rma so now I have to start out the course of action all over once again and go another week or so without my pc.
