4GB MP3 Player - Refurbished
Comment:
I found this product to have good sound however I also needed assistance to get the music on it as it comes with no directions when refurbished. I looked up the directions in the internet so I could figure out how to use it.

Great but lifeshort
Comment:
After six months of joyful moments , this unit died , the screen went white and the files were deleted for some reason, a excellent player but with a short lifetime.

Awesome MP3 Player
Comment:
With Rockbox it plays video in mpg format and can go with 10 hours of video 24 hours of audio on one charge. With 4000 songs it's going strong with a 4GB microSDHC. MP3 Also has capabilites for Sansa Linux if development starts. Very powerful player with 2X80Mhz Procs. It's all you want except for maybe a bigger screen and longer battery life,

I love it so much that I bought 3 of them!
Comment:
Finally, an MP3 Player that works! I've had a lot of trouble with the memory stick sized players, so when I saw this unit, I bought it! I've got over 300 songs in it and still have room for more! The sound quality is excellent and it's loaded with handy features. My only problem has been getting playlists to work. I bought 2 more for the kids as Christmas presents!

great
Comment:
i bought this for my daughter for christmas. i did not want to get her anything too expensive, because she is only 9. i have an ipod nano, and the sansa has better sound through the same earbuds than it. batt. life is great, and the record from the radio feature is awsome. i would reccommed this mp3 player for anyone. wish i had got myself one, after paying $200 for the ipod.

Not worth it!
Comment:
Player kept freezing on me constantly. I sometimes had to take the battery out to get it working again since nothing else would work. It finally died completely after 5 months of use. Do not buy this.

I like it
Comment:
I bought this for my 9 year old daughter to replace a very cheap mp3 player that wasn't working correctly. The Sansa 260 is very nice for the price. I'm considering buying one for myself. The controls are very nice and it sounds great. The menu is easy to navigate and looks nice.

Great MP4
Comment:
I bought this for myself about a year ago. It has never given me a bit of trouble. I use it only for music and the radio. But everything works great.

Great for music
Comment:
I've owned mine for more than a year and I liked it so well that I bought one for my husband. The instruction manual and newest software can be downloaded from the Sansa website. Navigation is fairly intuitive, and easy to use once you play with it a little. My only difficulty has been trying to download photos into the player... and of course the flimsy ear buds don't have a long shelf life. It is an awesome value for the price.

It sucks!
Comment:
Player froze up within a couple of hours of use. It was difficult to understand how to work and there was no directions at all. I will never buy a MP3 player again.

Great buy
Comment:
I never write reviews, but, this thing is great! I bought one for me, then one for my wife. Expansion slot, replaceable battery, screen for pics, fm radio, nice size, metal back. Top notch. Very easy to download tunes. Great price.

Such a deal!
Comment:
I've had my e260 for almost two years now and use it almost daily. For the first year, I simply used the built-in FM tuner, but now I have a good-sized library of stored music on it. In fact, my most recent purchase from TigerDirect was to order two more for friends! About the only downside is that I had to buy other accessories to make it more usable. The supplied ear buds were not comfortable, so I got others. I also got a wall charger, car charger, and neoprene 'skin' for it so it doesn't slip out of my shirt pocket.

Alright
Comment:
I wasn't pleased to be honest, the wheel was to close to the buttons (not good for big fingers). So i exchanged this for a sansa fuze, hopefully better. Also sometimes when i would turn it on it would say locked when it wasnt. But i would say skip this one and go for something else.

the battery is the key
Comment:
you can replace the battery in this device, and that can't be done on zune or sony or most others. the device works as well as the competition, but has the big advantage of replaceable battery. i did it in my 14 month old sansa, and it now works like new. the batteries are cheap, too.

Great player with plenty of capacity
Comment:
Great player with plenty of capacity plus expandable. Easy to use menu driven controls. FM radio is a great plus. Can't beat the price.

Like it very much
Comment:
The player works great but I would like a little more volume, however my hearing is not the greatest. I use mine when riding my motorcycle and I can ride for days and not hear the same song twice, and I only have 240 songs on it.

great little device for a great price
Comment:
First off, the price is really good. And the quality is much better than I was expecting for such a cheap little mp3 player. The screen is probably too small for watching video, but I just got it for the music anyway. Best part: the battery life is unreal. My last mp3 player was an older iPod and that puppy had to be charged every day or it would die. I have gone a week without charging the Sansa and still haven't seen the batter go below half-life. Really excellent device if you want something cheap to listen to your music on.

Comment:
I received this item fast, good deal, and it works great. But I had to download the manual from the web site, it did not come with one. I like it very much.

Good but not great!
Comment:
Be aware that a solder connection in the earphone plug in breaks often in this ipod. It can be fixed by an electronic repair shop but its very annoying and common. Other than that it's a Good product!

diffcult playlist mgt, no folders
Comment:
The device worked without a problem, but the device itself had several issues, for example when synced with media player, it copied everything including playlists but the playlists wouldn't work. also it can't read directories it shows you all the files in one list, in addition to that, it shows the files by info not by file name which led to mostof the files that I had to be read as unkown-unkown

Good MP3 player
Comment:
This is a good budget MP3 player. Ive never owned an IPOD due to the price, but this works great. I wish I had seen the 8GB version, but I dont plan on watching movies and I have already put my entire music collection on the internal and with a 4GB card I have more than enough extra storage.
