Operates perfectly with out getting to set up any driver (Win 7 Ultimate x64), showed up in explorer, my personal computer, and so forth. Undoubtedly the price tag. Does what it says it will. I recieved it promptly. Saved my computer as properly! A single of the cables (the IDE attatchment) was a little challenging to remove soon after working with, but most people possibly wouldn't use it anyway. Didn't lead to it any damge, just needed a tiny tug. I had my doubts at 1st, since of evaluations stating that it burned out on them promptly. With its low price, I did count on it to go out on me, but it hasn't and I've used it really a bit. I was actually able to take a difficult drive from a computer system with a virus, hook it up to my laptop with this adapter and run a virus remover on the tricky drive to clean it.
