Installed this on a MSI p67 with mo problems. The motherboard immediately recognizes the full 1600mhz speed so no manual timings was required. I am assuming that for AMD mobo's these will automatically clock to 1333mhz. |

G.Skill has always proven to be fairly solid in my experience and these sticks do not disappoint. I have these installed on an Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 mobo and a 1090T CPU. Absolutely no issue with the install; everything went well with no hang ups. Very stable RAM that I would highly recommend. |

G.SKILL has a very good reputation when it comes to RAM, and this is def. a safe choice. The price is competitive for a DDR3-1600 8GB kit. The kit looks good and the heatsinks aren't too high; they fit easily under the Noctua NH-C12P SE14 heatsink. I use this kit with the Asus P7P68 Pro + Intel 2500k, no issues, the system runs fast and smoothly. |

I'm not too experienced with ram but this was the cheapest DDR3-1600 I could find at the time, since I was on a budget. I needed an upgrade as one of my other sticks died while overclocking (1333 MHz), so I decided I wanted to go with higher clocked memory. Although this is spec'd for 1600 MHz I have it downclocked to around 1440 MHz on my i5-750 a 3.70 GHz for stability. That's one of my gripes, that I can't use the full clock speed, however that's just a limitation on P55 boards as far as I know.Overall this memory kit is solid and does its job, I'm happy |

The Ripjaws X are nice. Its about 40-41mm high which is good enough for me with my CPU cooler. With this height, I can populate all 4 ram slots in the future if I wish to do so. It just requires I move my CPU heatsink fan a few notches up and it will fit. No complaints about any sort of failure.It was compatible with my Asus z68 pro motherboard and lists it as a "qualified motherboard". I haven't tried overclocking it or anything but again, no complaints here.Its fairly decently priced and went on sale quite a few times a after I bought it.The ones i got has no errors or anything and works fine.
