I bought this for a Linux/Win7 build. No complaints. Paired with an ASUS P8B75-M/CSM. Only drawback is that the Pentium G630 can only utilize 1066 speeds. Not a big deal breaker as when the time comes to upgrade the CPU, I'll stil be able to use the RAM. 8GB is plenty (if not overkill) for the build. |

Nice price, heatsinks werent as high as I believed, may possibly want to rearrange my 212 to point upwards instead of forwards p8p67 pro auto detected and set it to 1.62v which gave me hell for a few hours I advocate em. Shame we cant just pop off the heatsinks and put diff colored ones |

Cons:- None really, but I prefer Corsair or Kingston RAM as they are more reputable.
Pros:- Great value for RAM- Stylish heatspeaders- 1600Mhz, CL9 r 1.5v = sweet spot- Have not tried to overclock it but I don't think it's even necessary. Comment:
A decent kit of RAM. I would recommend if you are on a budget, and even not on a budget. You can't go wrong with RAM this cheap. |

These sticks preform well. No problems with them.I bought 16GB and I don't think I've ever used half of that amount of ram. They are low enough in profile that they don't interfere with either airflow nor cables which is a big plus. I avoided some sticks from other retailers because their heatsinks were monstrous.In short, I don't think these are the best, highest performance ram, but factor in price as well, and there's no reason not to get these. NCIX puts them on sale often.Remember when installing that the sticks that are packaged together should be run dual-channel together. This is only important if you have more RAM than just this package. |

This RAM was recognized by my Intel Z77 motherboard immediately. The red heat spreaders are not too tall, they look nice, and they do appear to help the sticks cool down as well. I will buy more if on sale.
