Ummm.... can be sent back beneath warranty. Thank you Newegg replacement policy and the easy program they have for accommodating returns. My example was not trusted and failed within minutes of installation. It lasted lengthy enough to be set up in Windows 7. It's a western digital!This green unit runs really cool, it's got a massive 64mb ram, it's quite quiet, and believe it or not.. it's fairly quick for it's "green"-ness It definetely is noticablely slower than a caviar black, but you're paying for a reduce energy consumption, and low heat and less noise..
