Great Router For the Price
Comment:
Setup the router in minutes and have had no issues with it so far. It is a great router for a great price ($15.00). I would highly recommend the product.

Great Price, Decent Router
Comment:
It works, generally reliably. Sometimes the signal strength is low for no reason. Seems like it can take a while to assign an IP to some computers. Netgear is far from my favorite brand, but this is a decent router for an amazing price.

Great Product, Great Value!
Comment:
This router works great. Connects to the internet right out of the box unsecure. To setup a secure connection takes about 5 minutes. Very strong connection as I was able to still access the internet connection in my building's outside patio 2 levels below my apartment. Overall an exceptional value for the price.

I have old, 2004, computers and didn't want to spend a lot of money to network them. I was a little nervous about buying a refurb but my fears have been unfounded. Runs like a champ. My only complaint is that you have to know that the firmware update on the web is also your setup file. That was not made clear in the literature, etc.

Easy enough for college students to set up
Comment:
I bought this product for my college age son and his roommates. They were able to hook it up right out of the box with no problem. It's been almost two months and no complaints about the netgear.

Can't complain for $20
Comment:
I have the unfurbished one at home and this one at my apartment and can't tell much of a difference between them. Dang good deal for $20. Would recommend to anyone. The range isnt as good as noted and I believe the speed is closer to a normal 54mbps then 108mbps. Overall, worth the money.

Good value, no problems
Comment:
Plugged it in and it works. Router automaticaly updated firmware, no other software needed. Only in use about 1 month now, but no problems. No more dropped IPs and lost connections like my older Deelink had started doing. And, can't beat the price.

Excellent Value and Performance
Comment:
Bought two of these. Worked great right out of the box. Easy to configure and packed with features. QOS feature is nice for a router in this price range. Works well in situations where multiple wireless routers are present. Excellent range and security. Highly recommend.

Took a chance but it did not work out
Comment:
I took a chance buying a refurbished router but by the third day it was done. At first it worked fine then it started to drop and eventually it got to the point where it got stuck in test mode. I could not get to the admin. page nor could I do a factory reset on it. I was allowed to return it.

Best value for money.
Comment:
I have been looking for a cheap router. I have found this and based on the reviews I went for it. It's almost 15 days now. I have configured it as Wireless Access Point rather than Router. Without restarting it is working. Only thing which is little bit worried for me in the starting is that its setup is not as it is mentioned on the website/downloaded guide. It took me around 30 minutes to figure out the problem. and the funny part is I haven't found the problem and it started working. The problem was that its web interface didn't show up as directed in the manual. However I give this product 5/5 after 15 days of use.

OK For The Money
Comment:
My first router worked for 3 weeks and ''died''. It would no longer obtain an IP address and it could not be reset or updated. This retailer had me go to Netgear for support who in turn told me they only support refurbished equipment on a PAID BASIS. The support cost would be more then the cost of a new unit! When I recontacted this retailer hey were surprised at the support I received from Netgear and even though the unit was past the exchange period they made and exception and exchanged the unit. THANKS! The router itself is easy to set up and performs well (when it works) but I didn't see any better performance or signal strength over my other routers.

Dissapointed
Comment:
Boughtnunit to replace a 5 year old Netgear. The new unit was much slower and set-up was a pain. Still using the older unit. I should not have had high expectations for a $25 router. Spend the money on a good one.
