GARMIN nüvi 265WT 4.3" GPS with FM Live traffic

price is good- loaded with features but bluetooth is no good as it only works sometimes. Directions are OK but it gets lost. Has shown me in another STATE Even! I had great expectations but not happy. Old garmin 330 was MUCH better. I bought this one for little more than I would have paid to upgrade the maps in the 330 but would have been better off if I had renewed!

This is my first GPS. I tried using it in my home town to test it's performance. It has me taking lefts onto busy five lane streets, and even the updated maps are out date. I do a lot of traveling so I need good directions. The directions I get off the computer from MapQuest, Yahoo maps and Google maps are much better. I like the GPS, don't get me wrong, but I just find the directions it gives me are not always the best directions to my destination. Are all GPS's like this, I don't know. There is room for improvement.

I've had this for about 1 month now, the traffic function isn't helpful since the only times I was warned about traffic, was not until after I was already stuck in traffic. Directions are reasonably accurate, but they still make mistakes and sometimes I have to back track. Overall though, I am pleased with the product for the price. This product replaces a old Garmin Nuvi 650 (which was stolen but still worked great) Tigerdirect, though usually a very good seller, sure took their sweet time in sending me this product. They didn't ship it for nearly a week.

Seller lied about price adjustment after it was reduced within 24 hrs. of my order. They asked for my feedback, but their computer apparently doesn't like it. Don't do business with liars.

This is my third portable GPS, first two are from that company with two T's in the name, and so far I am enjoying this Garmin very much. Locations seem to be more accurate on the map than on the others. POI files can be difficult. The other devices allow you to create and visualize custom POI files with an icon on the map screen. The Garmin does not, but this is not a significant issue. Garmin doesn't really provide any

I bought a 360 for my gf two years ago and it has been great. So I choose this one for myself. It works great with traffic information which is very helpful. Not mentioning the price is really down a lot compared to two years ago. I love it.

Great system what works and doesn't cost arm&leg. If one wants to update the maps, register and make sure you can be around for about 3 hours to complete the 2.06GB download and updating your unit...

GPS offers great features except Traffic. Traffic Info is great in the GTA but not for upnorth to my cottage. That's why I'm looking for traffic for north and daily driving to work from Toronto Downtown to Milton and back home sometimes heavy traffic on Toronto 401 didnt show the yellow or red icon and sometimes the traffic is ok but the traffic icon shows yellow.

I didn't rate this GPS all 5, because this is the first one we've bought & I have no comparison. However, I was looking for a reasonably-priced GPS with a wider screen, and from all the consumer and tech geek reviews I read (plus their sale), the Nuvi 265W fit the bill. It's easy to use, recalibrates routes quickly, is clearly visible day or night, and the audio is nice & loud. (We haven't tried the traffic or Bluetooth functions yet.) I definitely recommend this product, especially if you've never bought a GPS before.

This is the second garmin purchased. Delivery was great. Product is great. Like the smaller size and features that my older garmin did not have. Voice clear. Not used the bluetooth yet. Will use in the U.S. next visit. Gets us to locations we have not been to before with no problem. LOVE IT!

This is the second Garmin and the 4th GPS I have owned. Garmins ease of use and layout is far superior to the competition.

This is the second I have purchased for my family. It has been a solid performer. I will note, however, that after a couple updates the unit takes some time on startup to load the maps. Otherwise I am happy with its performance.

GPS offers great features: Bluetooth and Traffic Information. Bluetooth is ok: pairing with my phone was easy, but the volume could be better. Traffic Info is great. I have found on my commute in the GTA that it has been very accurate. Like all Garmin GPS's, the unit provides good map data and a logical user interface. I have been really impressed.

This was our first GPS so we can't really compare. It was very easy to use. We took it on a familiar road trip and not only was its performance outstanding, it showed us a few shortcuts. Bluetooth is a great feature but will take some getting used to. Nice little GPS for the most part.

they offered a great value on the Garmin Nuvi 265WT GPS on the day after Thanksgiving. We purchased two as gifts for our daughter and son. The Garmins have exceeded our and their expectations for functionality and performance, and the price was great!
