Netgear 108Mbps RangeMax Router Have had no issues with it at all. Hasn't ever dropped the wireless signal (Which my old Linksys router was apt to do). The only issue I had was that I needed a crossover cable to connect to my network switch, as this router apparently doesn't autodetect an uplink connection like my Linksys did. I did find it amusing that it told me to download the documentation, which would have been tricky if my old router had been completely dead. And thankfully, you can turn off the crazy LED lights if you don't wish for your room to look like the bridge of the USS Enterprise.

Netgear 108Mbps RangeMax Router I setup my wireless router and was on the internet in about 15 minutes. I have no blackout areas inside my home and can even use it outside on the patio or in the yard. I highly recommend this product. And it is a great bargain.

When it worked, it worked good, but then went into self-test mode and never came back, after only in service for 1 day. I am not sending it back, its on the pile of other dead electronics to ship to the recycle bin.

Then a family members laptop developed problems with the built in wireless, bought another one. Both of them have worked great with no problems and easy install.

Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter Since this is refurbished, I didn't expect much and when I plugged it in my new PC with Windows 7, for some weird reasons, my PC didn't automatically install the driver software like it did at my friend's house with his new PC and also with Windows 7. Anyway, I downloaded the driver from Netgear web site and after I installed it, it took a little bit for my PC to detect this adapter and then it works beautifully! Really fast speed! One nice thing is that it came with an USB extension so that this USB wireless adapter won't take room of another empty USB port! I'm happy with this purchase!

Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter This item is right on. I've got an older(2003 HP) running windows xp home sp3. Plugged the silly thing in, and it went directly to work. It seems to be faster than my 35' hard wire. Got a second for my son.

Netgear WPN111 USB 2.0 Wireless Adapter I noticed that some people here wondered how well it works with Linux. This is a 108 g device. That usually means that it uses the Atheros chipset. Support for this device is built-in the kernel. So it's basically plug n play for Linux. I've had this as a spare for a few years. I bought it refurbished then and it's still working flawlessly. Any time I plug it in to any system I need to it works perfectly. Signal strength I will admit is a bit weak. For the price you can't go wrong at all. The above is for Linux only since I don't use windows at all.

Netgear 108Mbps RangeMax Router This router is extremely unstable, wasn't able to maintain a connection for more than an hour. the wireless constantly drops, and there aren't any possible interference around it. i am pretty annoyed and disappointed, have about two weeks with it and am bout to return it. although is only $20, i prefer to spend more on something that actually is reliable.
